price effective New York stay
It may be an older hotel that could use a little updating but its a terrific value. Shuttle to Penn Station and Newark airport made it easy to get to NYC on the train. big rooms, full workout room not just a bike and full restaurant but upscale and pricy. The downside is that that there are almost no other restaurants close by but there are a couple of Italian places that deliver and are cheap but good.

Best Western Robert Treat review
The hotel looks good, nice lobby. I didn't like the check in process since I needed to leave the car alone in the back with keys inside, no marked space in front of the hotel for check in customers, just signs showing that you cannot park there. The room was small but clean. The continental breakfast was minimum, usual stuff, except fruits (only apples available# and no yogurt available. Parking was free but shared with the local event in Prudential Center, so you cannot use your car on immediately basis since it was blocked into a crowded parking space. Restaurant in house looked expensive. Front desk people was not so friendly. Location is fine, neighborhood was not bad specially on the Mulberry Street #in the back of the hotel#, on Park Place #front of hotel) there are a lot of people on the streets, so of them want to talk with you while you are walking.

convenient location for NYC
Nice hotel~ convenient from airport and great location to get into NYC. Nice that hotel offers drop off/pick up to Newark Penn for heading into NYC. Breakfast was nice and Breakfast staff very friendly and helpful

Great Stay
Once you find the hotel, and figure out the parking it is a great place to stay. The front of the hotel sits on a unique angled street, it can be kind of tricky to spot if your not paying attention closely. Parking is also tricky if you don't realize the lot is BEHIND the building and not accessable from the street the hotel address is listed on. Once you are in the hotel, everything was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and quiet. Great linens and towels, comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed here for the convience and price, easy access to New York for all of our plans, good train schedule, and the hotel has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes (free!).
