Not safe so far
Well, I forgot to get a pendant I left in the bathroom but I have called several times and people asnwered the phone told me that they do not have it, and I should talk to the manager. However he is on vacation. I just had sent a FAX to the manager and I really hope he talk to his employees and recover it.

Pros about the hotel is that it was close to the airport and the hotel offered free shuttle service to downtown locations. Cons were the hotel was in a shady area. The room I got was decent but when I looked out of the window it was a brick wall and alley full of trash.

Due to many flight delays I arrived many hours later than anticipated. I needed to get back to Newark Airport very early the next morning and was told the 5:30 am shuttle was already full and I would need to take the 6:00 am instead. When I finally got up to my room I could not get the door open and finally someone answered as the room had already been assigned. This was at 1:30 am so I had to take all my baggage back downstairs and get a new room.

Good Stay, very pleased overall
The staff was very friendly, the rooms was comfortable as well. Only complaint would b is the parking the spaces are very tight and hard to get out of u feel boxed in but the hotel itself is very good I would stay there again.

Great, spacious room
We were very happy with the accomodations since the hotel prior to our trip near JFK airport had been very small. It was really nice and the restaurant which they had was very good and convenient. The airport shuttle was also very convenient and efficient for the quick stop we made.

good and convenient
my boyfriend and I spent 2 night in best western.A bit far from rail station we used hotel s shuttle (free or not it depends from your pick up.) Breakfast was delicious (continental).Room well cleaned and with all amenities.

First impression of the room was good.
Water tank of the toilet wouldn't stop. It was eventually fixed after more than an hour. The breakfast was OK. The free shuttle service was good. The entrance to the hotel has only one lane. One can't go in, if there is another car coming out.

Exactly what it should be
Very comfortable beds. Well appointed. Fine airport shuttle. Decent but not outstanding breakfast. If you need an airport hotel for airport transfer, go here.
