Weekend getaway
It is a good value but they could include more cable channels and paper towels and maybe a more confortable bed. There was greese on the counter near the stove that should have been cleaned. Overall it was decent, I would stay here again for one or two nights, but not for a week.

Not my idea of a good weekend experience
I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions actually, and this is only the 2nd time of me having a very terrible experience.. From the moment that I entered my room I discovered something wrong.. i discovered that someone left a dirty towel in my bathroom folded up, to give the impression that it was clean.. The next disaster was arriving to a below zero cold room whose temperature gage read 62 degrees.. I guess this would happen when the cleaning lady obviously left the a/c on all day and night before I arrived.. to top it all off the a/c leaked water all over the rug and the heater button would not turn on to reverse the curse.

Cracker Barrel is right next door... two doors down... great food, at a great price... and a movie theater is also less than 5 blocks away.. the one thing this location does have in its favor is its location, location, location.. Everything is within its reach...

Great Value, Great room size, but the staff needs help
1. bathroom fan broken 2. I had to wait 1 hour for a pillow 3. I keep returning soley because of the value and benefits that the hotel give for just $57.00 a night or so, but the hotel really overextends their staff which doesn't allow for them to be there for the guess. On many occasions the staff is doing the laundry in the middle of night and many other duties while trying to answer the phones and check people in... way......way.... too much

A Personal & Professional touch is missing
1. I have stayed at this hotel now consistantly for well over 4months every weekend and it finally hit me over the weekend that not one person at this hotel ever remembers or greets me using my name.. It is a small thing to I just most, but a BIG THING TO A PERSON WHO HAS CHOSEN TO STAY WITH THIS HOTEL CONSISTENTLY OVER THE LAST 4 MONTHS OR SO... 2. It would also be nice if the hotel actually offered more than one restaurant whose menu is primarily Italian.. A bit limiting to most...One thing, the vent in the bathroom did not work...

How many ways one hotel & a internet site can leave you in a lobby for 2hours
1. Both parties have a share in the responsibility of creating a total let down for me on my recent weekend stay at the hotel... I have stayed at the hotel at least 10 times or more & I have never, ever, ever requested a room for a smoker... Well, to say the least I was booked in just that ....A ROOM FOR SMOKERS.....HOW DO YOU ASK DID THIS HAPPEN? EASILY...THE REP NEVER CHECKED TO MAKE SURE THAT THE ROOM WAS A NON-SMOKING ROOM... ON TOP OF THIS... THE ROOM WAS NEVER TRULY CATERGORIZED PROPERLY... 2 HOURS IN A LOBBY WAITING FOR A NEW ROOM....

What was missing
1. Extended Stay Deluxe along with their sister hotel chain, Extended Stay Hotel need to consider the option of electric sliding doors. It is very frustration to try to open not one but 3 sets of doors with 3 to 4 bags in your hand.. 2. What's with the invisible desk clerks at night. You have to ring for desk clerk any time you want one after 11pm... 3. Considering your hotel chain is competiting how is it that there aren't any extra pillows already placed in every hotel room along with extra dishwashing detergent.
