Great location
The location of this hotel was excellent, a one minute walk to the PATH station which gets you into Manhattan in about 10 minutes. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, but bedding was just average. Could use better quality pillows and a heavier comforter.

Fantastic family getaway
Hotel was at excellent location, right next to path station and at reach to restaurants. Hotel staff has been very kind and gave extra attention as we had 2 month old baby with us. Will definitely stay again regards, Raj

Great Value
Great value for a family of 4. Close to everything. Very clean room, nice lobby, friendly staff. Reasonable parking fee. Pool was nice, but hot tub was not working :(. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great for NYC vacation
I and my wife stayed there one night so that we could catch a Broadway show. Rooms are clean (most important to us) and the location is perfect! -- The train to Manhattan is just 2 blocks away. This is our default stay location when visiting NYC.

21st Birthday celebration
The reception staff were very helpful in showing us where to get the path train and where it runs to. Also to get a taxi back to the airport and be flexible with time change. They were very friendly when we walked in and out of the hotel. Great to be able to surf on the Internet for free on the hotel computer and check in for the return flights. Have already recommended this hotel to colleagues as it is ideally situated near a big shopping mall too as well as being next door to the path train station taking you right into Manhattan

Lovely big shopping mall nearby with a Maceys and many other shops. Only has fast food in the mall but there is a great atmospheric pub straight opposite courtyard by Marriott and a great cafe selling bagels especially at breakfast time also opposite the hotel

The world outside your door
You can count on the Jersey City Courtyard to be clean and comfortable, the staff to be helpful, and amenities available when you need them. The hotel is a wonderful place to stay when planning trips to NYC and surrounding areas. The Path train for transportation to areas of Manhattan is next door. Parking could be better; however, the hotel offers valet in and out service for a daily fee.

Construction to beautify the city is underway and a boardwalk with a great view of the NY skyline is behind the hotel. It is only a 10 - 15 minute walk to Hoboken for dining, entertainment, and shopping, as well as access to the rail station for connections to the light rail and NJ transit. If heading to a game at the Meadowlands, Jersey City Courtyard is a convenient place to stay.
