Continental breakfast was not free
I book this hotel because it had a indoor pool, which was great for the kids and they loved it. But the next day when we went to eat breakfast, I received a $80.00 bill. I said what the heck is this. I been to many hotel and the breakfast was always free, and it wasn't even good at that. So for that cause the next morning I drove to Ihop, and the whole family ate for about $60.00 and the food was better. I'm not a cheap guy but I expect better from a Hilton hotel. So next time I will make sure the breakfast is free and it won't be the Hilton hotel in Edison

This hotel is not far from EWR (20-25 minutes drive). More pleasant than many other hotels.

Nice hotel but could've been better
Went to see Danzig at the Starland Ballroom. Our room was very large and pretty nice, but the shower took a long time to heat up, the heater was very noisy & we were woken up by kids screaming at 8 am.

Great place to stay overnight

Mini family getaway
We have stayed at this hotel before as we have family in the area and used to live nearby ourselves. It's location is very convenient to highways, shopping, restaurants, etc. We stay in hotels a few times per year and usually pick a Hilton brand hotel. One of the amenities we chose is the pool since we have 2 children and it helps to keep them occupied. We did not use the pool on this visit because we went to the beach and also visited family so we did not spend much time in the hotel other than sleeptime. The breakfast is a bit pricey and not all that great. Stick to the fresh-made eggs/omelets as the pre-made are somewhat cold. Overall this is a great hotel for the price and I would definitely recommend it.

family friendly vacation
the hilton garden was a very comfortable, the room was spacous. we enjoyed the hotel amenities, such as the pool, the in hotel dining and breakfast, weight room. the hotel was an easy off and easy on to the highway to travel a round. their was a nice little deli next to the hotel and 5 minute away from all kinds of other restaurants and shopping.

Very clean and comfortable
Th Hilton Garden Inn at Raritan Center was very clean and beds were very comfortable. I appreciated that a mini refrigerator was available as we travel with our children and always need to have juice, etc. on hand. I will definitely stay there again.

Harold's Deli in the Sheraton Hotel next door is a must for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Bring an extra stomach.
