Better than expected- Stay in the Chairman Tower
Would definitely stay at this hotel again! The location was AWESOME; amenities were great, and even the casino was better than Ceasars! Parking was easy ($10 for whole stay), the pier was right outside the door, and it was close enough to everything you could want to do.

I give my overall experience a four and would highly recommend the hotel to families and friends,
It was clean and all employees were professional and clearly cared in resolving clients needs. Great job and well done. I would definitely return without any hesitation.

very disappointed
we booked two rooms . both were very dirty . first room with beer bottle cap and potato chips on the floor and bath room was beyond dirty. second room had long human hair on the bath room floor, mold on shower curtain, broken soap dish, and coffee machine with used coffee with filter in it and broken coffee pot.

Good option in AC
I booked this hotel purely because it was the cheapest option by far during the dates for a conference I was attending at another casino. The hotel and casino are clearly older than some of the others in town but the stay was very pleasant. They didn't have enough people at check in, but the bell services folks were great. The room was spacious and comfortable but could use updating in the bathroom and some attention to detail (setting the clock, making sure the hair dryer works).

Bad S revive
The doorman, man who park are car were wonderful.. The front desk and the man who brought are suitcase was wonderful. When I was playing the slots I ask the lady, will she bring me a drink. " She stated I don't work this side and walk right past". She did ding say I will send someone back to service. The pool did't open until 10.am and I was up 7am. The lady at the desk at the pool was rude on Monday. When she talk to you she never look at you. The Buffett food was dry and over cook for 27.00 dollar. I willn't go back.

Every thing was great. We got there late but overall everything was great. Room service late night was great. Im looking to make it a regular if i can get good deal like this one. We will be there soon again. Thank you.

my night in AC
my overall stay was pretty good... the only things that i didn't like were that the balcony was locked and couldnt access it... i called the desk and they said that i can't open it. also, there was no Ipod docking station in the grand suite so we could play music. Other than that, it was good.
