Awesome 2 Days!!!
For being at this hotel for only 2 days, this was by far the best 2 day getaway I ever had. Loved the 2 bathrooms and the wet bar. It was very spacious and clean. Everything was nearby; from the restaurants to the casino. Honestly I wish I could've stayed for much longer. Well worth 4 stars!!!!

great location
Trump Tower could pay a little more attention to maintenance. Had to move rooms due to 1st room having no cold water coming out of the shower, 2nd room AC filter was so clogged it looke like it hadn't been changed since the place was built. The location was great, centrally located on the Broadwalk, Overall not the greatest, but not the worst.

Most unpleasant experience
We arrived the hotel at 12:45 PM, but were not allowed to check-in until 1:00 PM. When we returned 30 minutes later, the line was so long, we had to wait 30 minutes for the check-in. Next morning, we found there was no hot water, and had to take a ice cold shower. When we complainted about no hot water, the staff was rude. She insisted that there was nothing she can do because we booked through O r b i t z. Worst experience we had at Atlantic City.

Outdated but clean & comfortable
Although the decor is a bit outdated and dimly lit (think early '90s with lots of gold), the room was clean and spacious. We lucked out with a great view of the boardwalk. The hotel felt safe with plenty of security officers at various checkpoints and the requirement of using your room key to access elevators.

Entertainment tip:
Short walk from hotel
Other hotels, such as Caesars and Tropicana, have better shopping and nightlife, but are a bit more expensive and only a short walk from Trump Plaza.

First AC experience
Worst first AC experience..
Let me just say this was my first experience going to Atlantic city- firstly my room was disgusting. There where dirty towels in the bathroom, no soap or ANYTHING- beer bottles and caps on the floor, a broke refrigerator and to top it all off when I came home later after a night of partying my key Didnt work and I had to go back down stairs to wait for a maintenance man who was completely rude to let me back in my room at 5:30 am. I didn't even bother complaining the next morrning when I saw the check in line was about 50 people long. I was completely disappointed and upset that I spent 300$ for that room and it sceeved me out.

The hotel was really nice, but the staff is what made our stay so nice. From the check -in staff, to the dealers and pit boss to the wait staff. We will go back for sure!
