Great time until bed time.

This is my first stay at this hotel. I usually stay at other AC hotels as a comp. but chose to pay and try a friday night here. We had no trouble with check in, dinner reservations or gambling. A fun time was had until bed time at 1 am. We discovered when we got into the bed that it had gritty sand in between the sheets. We unmade the bed as we were tired and tried to get some sleep, but we found the down feather bed topper on top of the mattress was so thin that the feather quills were sticking us thru the bed sheets it you moved. It was the most unconfortble night in bed in a long time for us.

Perfect date night

It couldn't of been more convenient to have great restaurants just an elevator ride away. Along with decent clubs and the overall amazing staff i have no doubt that this won't be the last time I stay here.

West Tower & Keys

Hotel security was a little much with each person having to show their own hotel room key in order to access the elevators. Many irate customers and just a negative attitude. In order to get extra room keys you had to pay $25 per key. Not fun

Waiting

We were discouraged by the lack of staff at check in location in the Havannah Tower where we came out of the parking garage. There was only 1 staff member working this desk at 6:00 pm on Saturday evening during prime time. We looked around and asked at the valet station where to check in and this is where we were directed. After more than an hour waiting we finally were helped. The room was average. The doors however seemed no protection from sound at all. You could hear guests all night and the cleaning crew most of the day.

Carmine's has wonderful food served family style. I suggest to pick only one appetizer and entree as this is more than enough for 6 hungry adults.

Awesome!

Got to Jersey early since we had travelled from CT. Staff let us into our room early so we were able to freshen up and enjoy the boardwalk. Hotel had everything we needed. Travelled with my boyfriend and we had an excellent time. Couldn't have asked for a better stay - we will be returning!!!

they can do better

the rooms needs updating. The bed was marginal at best. the pillow adn bankets are aweful. Will never stay here again. If i was in my 20' s wiht a bunch of college friends then maybe. At this point in my life there are much nicer places to stay. Also the smoking in the casino's chokes you the need to get some better ventilation system. The only good thing was the mall area with all the shops and resturants.
