Resorts Atlantic City

I should've listen to all the review about this hotel but i thought i give it a try. OMG, we have to walk through a smoking casino area to get to the lobby and i have to wait in line for hour to get to the checking person and after checking we were told our room is not ready, have to wait another 3 hrs and finally got to our room and OMG the room was so digusting. The floor looks like some one just got kill in there, i don't even want to take off my shoe. the blanket and bed sheets are so dirty and we ask for a non-smoking room and this room smell like some one just got done with 10 cigarrets there. We ask for a new room and was able to get a new room and it looks much nicer. They told us they bring us a roll bed and 2 hrs later we call and was told they don't have anymore. The staffs was not friendly at all. The next day we want to the our kids the the pool and when we got there, there a sign there say "the pool is close and will remain close all day". another dissappointmen. The only good thing about this hotel is that if you're a guest there, you only pay $5 for parking and they give you a ticket which you can go in and out as many times as you want. This resort is worst than a $30 motel. I hope the owner of this hotel will read this and fire all manager and put some friendly staffs there and clean up this hotel. I bet the owner or all the managers won't even want to sleep in those room. Soooo digusting. Pay a little more and get the better room some where else. Never go there again.

My family went to AC for the 4th of July, and we stayed at Resorts. The receptionist wasn't very helpful to begin with, she said my card wasn't working and I had to call my bank, which I did. Turned out my card was working which I knew from the get go but she was the one that was doing something wrong. She just started my vacation wrong when it was supposed to be relaxing. Thank goodness I did not have to deal with her for the rest of my stay. The guys at the tables, think there names were Bruce and Vince they were great!

Resorts is no longer the jewel of Atlantic City is the best way to describe my stay there. Did not get room key until 10:00 pm first night. I was traveling with two kids so this was VERY inconvenient. The internet is not free, and it "did not work all the time", as described to me by the front desk staff. I needed to get some work done so I paid my cell phone provider to upgrade my phone to wireless hotspot instead. Some people who worked there were pleasant while others were rude. The room was very average and it was a chore to secure extra towels. I ended up grabbing a few from the cleaning staff cart in the hallway, as opposed to waiting 3+ more hours. I will not stay there again, and I heard other guests comment similarly. Having grown up in Atlantic City I expected much more from this faded jewel.

The room was clean but could definitely use some updating and repairs. Ok deal for $100 but would not have paid full price of several hundred. Location on boardwalk is excellent. Crab leg buffet is good but be prepared to wait to get in.

My room was comfy, my housekeeper made sure everything was neat when I came back. No complaints here.

Last time I was at this hotel, the rooms were horrible, but this experience was much better. They either renovated the rooms, or Ocean Tower just has better rooms. Either way, we paid a great price for the last minute deal for 2 nights during the holiday weekend. I stayed here during Memorial Day weekend. The pool was ok. There was too many kids. The casino was fun. The food was decent. The coffee in the coffee shop was pretty good - and I am a coffee snob. The location is the best reason to stay here along with the very comfortable beds. The staff for the most part were very helpful and accomodating.

i booked the room you guys took the money off my card but the hotel didin have the booking when we got there we had to wait while the hotel fix the error it was kind of embarrassing and inconvenience to wait on line for all that time

nice hotel with convinient location on the boardwalk,room is ok but little bit outdated.

We like walking near the shore,we had so much fun!
