Resorts Atlantic City

We arrived at the hotel at about 1am (we had indicated online that we would check-in late). We found a check-in line of about 5 people and waited in the line for at least 45 minutes only to be told that there were no rooms available. Even with the printed confirmation in hand, there was no room for us. The staff member was quite matter of fact about it. She did not offer to find us a room in any other hotel--no offer of any help. Although she would not give us a printout that there wasn't a room available, she did hand write the information on letterhead and listed the time: 1:55am! No one in the line got a room. The two staff members said that the hotel was short on cleaning staff so the rooms were not ready. However, the couple in front of us said that they had been waiting since 6pm and had been told hourly that their room was not ready each hour and it was 2am! We left and went to a neighboring 4 star hotel and had a wonderful night's sleep. Needless to say, this hotel will not get any business from us again, no mater how low the price is.

It says the NEW RESORTS everywhere you look. However, my room was certainly not.. Beds were hard.. Old TV. No hair dryer.Most importantly, NO WIRELESS INTERNET. They would have allowed me to hard wire connect for an additional 12. per day..The casino was Ok but only 1 Let it Ride table and many people wanting to play, including myself.. Beverage service was very slow.

the customer service we received was terrible. the room wasn't cleaned properly, was dirty. when tryin to contact the front desk to report the mess in the bathroom no1 answered. there is nowhere to eat past 11pm. the buffett only had a limited seletion of food, not worth the $25. overall, i wouldn't return as a guest in the hotel.

Bathroom in the Rendevous Tower was beautiful! Beds were hard and pillows not fluffy. Bedspread had stains on it and three cigarette burns on it. The "comfy" chair had a stain on the arm. The "lifeguard"' named Mike sat at the pool loudly cracking his gum and was on his cell phone half the time my kids were in the pool. No towels at the pool on the second day and the pool's retractable roof was open leaving 30-40 degree cold air into the pool area. My kids were freezing when they got out. Spent $25 on a "so so" breakfast of 3 pancakes, one bagel and some strawberries

Sheets had blood on them and the bathroom was old and had tiles missing in the ceiling

We parked in Resorts parking garage, forcing us to enter the hotel through a smoke-filled casino. By the time we got to the hotel lobby my wife and I were both complaining that we smelled like smoke. While we realize that most of the casinos have smoking 'areas', forcing guests to walk through an area (where there is a major entrance to the casino floor) who are offended and even allergic to cigarette smoke is entirely unacceptable. Check in was entirely too slow. We had a reservation that we checked in for at 5pm and theroom was not ready yet. Resorts check in is at 4pm. Being in the service industry, this is poor customer service. If you cannot have a room ready, than change your check in time. The elevators in the hotel were entirely too slow. Always getting stuck and never more than 2 "oworking at once:.

BELIEVE - DIVA'S IN A MAN'S WORLD SEE IT TO BELIEVE IT!

Walked in welcomed immediately, paid 36 dollars and upgraded to a suite for only 17 more. Didn't win much but was a great atmosphere. Had a singing bartender that was awesome just to watch. I would recommend this beautiful hotel again.

Really affordable hotel on the AC strip, very close to Trump and Showboat hotels.
