Like a dream
It was like a dream come true. Everything was excellent. Didn't really have to leave the hotel for anything. It was like a resort. What we paid was basically nothing almost like it was free to stay in that gorgeous room over looking the ocean. Going back again.

Great facility, just don't engage the staff in conversation..
Great service, clean rooms, fresh linen and fantastic views from every location. Don't bother asking the staff a question anywhere other than the front desk. You will either be ignored, spoken over or simply given the wrong information. And if you think you can get out of the pool and return to your room with a towel to dry off, guess again. You get stripped of your towel and forced to walk back to your room shivering cold and dripping water. Otherwise, great stay.

Clean, updated, awesome pool
A one night stay with my fiance. Our room in the habour tower was clean, nice and roomy, and a very comfortable king size bed. Also, had a nice view of the bay. We spent the day at the pool, very relaxing, clean, and friendly staff; awesome atmosphere at night with the lights. Overall, a nice stay. Only complaint, slow check-in process with very long and slow line.
