Harrahs Resort Atlantic City

The room was not clean as requested the trash dumped bed half made ah hers nor cover properly arranged. No shower head guard, no toothpaste or mouth wash, no lotion provided, no stove, location by the machine and wall lights noise all night, no information of surrounding stores, cvs, banks Luke a map, the TV worked but cut off during a movie, cracks they blinds showedside building lights of advertising.. Rate 1 out of 10 a seven and a half.thanks

I loved everything about this hotel. It was my boyfriends birthday weekend so I surprised him. I was very indecisive about which hotel to choose. However, I have no regrets on choosing this one. It was clean. The staff was kind and helpful. So much entertainment available. It was awesome.

It was a great gift for my parents they had a ball and cant wait to go back

My husband and I stayed at Harrahs Monday into Tuesday. The only other hotel in AC that we stayed at was the Borgata, which is much newer. When we arrived at Harrahs the staff was very friendly and helpful, great customer service. The room was beautiful and overlooked the ocean. The only thing I was disappointed in was the lack of entertainment at night. I know it was a Monday but there absolutely nothing to do but gamble. Over all it was a great trip, and we would love to come back again, maybe on the weekend this time.

Everything was wonderful! We had a great say at Harrah's.

We were pleased with the entire stay. The most reasonable restaurant for family style is Bill's Burgers. We enjoyed going to town for best shopping and meals. Take the Jitney bus to avoid parking garages and to visit the board walk. Staff gave top service from the Valet to the room service.

The hotel itself was nice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were in the Harbour tower, which is the older portion of the hotel but still nice. It offers many restaurants and a nice pool area from what I saw. However the pool area closes at 6:00 pm, which I was not aware of. On weekends it reopens at 10:00 pm as a nightclub with a $20.00 cover charge. I found more of the eateries to be expensive other than Bill's Burgers, which I would reccomend. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't recoccoment this hotel for children seeing as the pool area is 21 and over.

Booked the hotel based on availability and decent ratings (saw 4 stars - who is rating these??) looking for just a relaxing impromptu hotel stay for an evening. We didn't even spend the night. The room was dirty. There were cracks in the ceiling and a hole in the floor, cigarette burns on the bed linens, dirt on the carpet, wallpaper bubbling from the wall. No room service, or at least no booklet to help decide what to do. Phone was so dirty I didn't even want to pick up the receiver to call the front desk. I reserved and confirmed a bay view premium room w/ a king size bed non smoking. Got there and they only had a smoking room or one with 2 queens. Took the one with the 2 queens and got a room that looked nothing like the picture I saw. The halls of the hotel and the main casino area were dirtier than an amusement park. Kids just laying around near the elevators. Trash on the floors. I have never had a worse hotel experience. I've stayed at plenty of inexpensive hotels where you're just looking for a room for the night and hands down this was far worse.

Great took the beautiful first lady for her birthday and she and I had a ball great time looking forward to our next trip thankx king size bed lol.

For a quick get away I always use this site to book my trips to Ac. They are always the cheapest and the nicest. They make sure everything is the way it should be for you. Overall great night,I hardly book with any other resorts hotel. Even when using this site to book you can still use your total rewards card to get extra deals. It is a win win all the way a round.
