Overall Great Stay
Myself & my boyfriend stayed in the Waterfront tower. Room was clean & spotless. Thought the view would have been better from our window of the city or the ocean but instead we had a view of The Pool; which doubles as a indoor family pool as well as a night club by night. Which was still a good view I guess. The location wasn't as close to the boardwalk as we thought it was going to be. Requires 6 minute driving which was fine because we drove there instead of flying or taking Amtrak. To fully enjoy AC from that hotel I do recommend driving. Especially if its in the middle of winter unless u don't mind spending money on cabs. All in all my room was spacious, the casino was awesome u can order a drink right from your slot machine, location was pretty good considering everything the hotel had to offer which was everything. We enjoyed our stay. Will stay again.

Money-saving tip:
Not Applicable
Drive or rent a car to make it to the outlets. If you do parking is nothing but 5 bucks for 8 hours 10 for the whole night in most parking lots & garages versus taking a $10 cab each way

Night Out
Took a trip down to Atlantic City the night before Valentine's Day and stayed at Harrah's. Got a room in the Waterfront Tower however the room was on a low floor and not as nice as the Waterfront room I stayed at in late 2012.

Great
The room was great but when I checked in I only had one wash cloth. I called housekeeping and told them I needed more and they were there within 10 mins.

POOL STAFF VERY RUDE
The Hotel was nice, clean, comfortable but when we wanted to use the pool they gave my boyfriend a problem because he had his passport card instead of the passport book as an ID,so they wouldnt let him in. The Pool Manager very nasty and did nothing to help us but deny our entrance to the pool...Finally security staff spoke to her to let us in...We lost like two hours of our time trying to get in the pool...make sure, your passport book, green card, etc etc etc....

Excellent Winter Getaway
Friends and I decided to go down to AC for the night to see a show at the House of Blues. Harrah's was a great hotel to stay in- well kept, helpful staff, and the room was a great size for the amount we paid. Would definitely stay there again and recommend Harrah's to friends.
