Almost Great
The Okay: Harrah's is a bit of a distance from the boardwalk and the center of AC, so unless you want to move the car or hop a cab, you're confined to the hotel, because there's nothing really within walking distance. The machines in the fitness center were great, but overall the room was way too small for a hotel of that size. The website pictures are deceptive. It was also tough to locate within the hotel. The Rip-Off: There's great variety in restaurants, but they are outrageously expensive (two regular hamburgers with fries and two sodas were $40 before tip). Also, Harrah's only offered wi-fi access for an additional $13/day. Even dingy motels offer free wi-fi! The TV channels are also minimal. It's no more than basic cable, because they push the pay-per-view movies. I stayed in the Marina Tower, and the plumbing was ridiculously loud. I could hear toilets flushing and showers running from several rooms away. The Awesome: The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the marina. The staff was cheerful while checking in, and the security guards throughout the casino were really friendly. The pool area was luxurious, and the fact it was an over 21 crowd made it more relaxing. With a Total Rewards card (which is free), the parking is only $5 for the duration of the stay (unless you move the car, of course). I thought that was more than reasonable. Overall, for the price I paid, I think it was a good value. There were basic things - like the wi-fi and TV that could have been better - but I've definitely stayed in worse places. If I had it to do over again, I'd probably stay somewhere closer to the center of AC so as not to be so confined to the hotel itself.

Dining tip:
In Hotel
The gelato at the little coffee shop (near the check-in desk) was FABULOUS. Like the rest of the food, it was expensive, but it was worth every penny! Skip the Basin Robbins in the poolside food court, and go for the gelato if you like ice cream!

AMAZING FOR COUPLES!
I stayed at the Harrah's to celebrate m new job with my boyfirend and it was amazing! i went to the pool over 10xs. It was so relaxing and fun! It was the perfect size. I only paid maybe a little over $100 for 3 nights and we got a complimentary room for coming in early! They have alot of very affordable restaurants and fast food places within the facility. It was very romantic and relaxing. Luckily I stayed on a Wednesday night as well so we enjoyed the Party by the POOL! I would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a BANG for their BUCK!

Quick trip
Very nice regarding rooms, availability of restaurants, and casino inside the hotel. little far from center city, rest of the casinos and broadwalk, but buses available. Internet is not free and expensive. Rooms very good and at descent prices as you have to pay for everything else :)

Great experience
I had a great experience at Harras. I've been here a couple of times and have never been disappointed! Everyone was very nice and it was a great casino experience . The only thing I have to mention its if you're playing slots and want a drink make sure you ask for it in advance; they take forever to bring them. Other than that everything was perfect

harrah's waterfront tower premium room
not at all what was described. room was dated and very much in need of some new furniture. not the beautiful mahogany decor that was described. cheap furniture with lots of defects, dirty carpet and lots of water on the window sill from massive condensation which dripped all night long!

Nice Weekday getaway
Harrahs Resort in Atlantic City was a nice getaway during the week. It was surprising to see a lot of young individuals at the hotel, not just gambling but enjoying the pool, the spa and the other amenities the hotel had to offer. I would return for another visit.

My girlfriends birthday
We had a good time. The room was nice but the heater ac must have leaked so there was a large wet spot on the floor in the bedroom. Overall it was a quality experience.
