Harrah's massive flagship resort has so many activities that you'll never need to leave the grounds. This is a poker lover's paradise-not to mention the home to the World Series of Poker. Harrah's Resort guests can choose from seven dining options including the Steakhouse, McCormick and & Schmick's and a food court. 4 Star Stay!
I wasn't expecting the hotel to be as high quality as advertised. I'm usually disappointed once I get there, but this one delivers. The accommodations were lovely, the grounds and interior decor top-rate. With a good selection of restaurants and close proximity to the boardwalk, I was totally impressed. All this at reasonable rates! Would definitely stay again and recommend.

BED BUGS DO NOT STAY HERE
BED BUGS. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. We walk in just fine and came out with more than a dozen bed bug bites. Every one is rude and no one wants to take responsibility. I filed a claimed which was denied 3 weeks later. It is no concidence I felt itching and biting during the night and woke up with a ton of bites. My husband got bit as well. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. So far they have managed to completely ignore my complain, the '"manager" was incredibly rude, and it completely ruined our anniversary weekend. I could have at least received a decent apology and I didn't even get that. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

Excellent accommodations.
Harrahs was a very upscale quality hotel with a reasonable price tag. I would highly recommend. This was my fourth trip to this great location.

Monday at harrahs
I got there on Monday with my wife. Now they added a early check in fee which I wasn't aware off. The trip was pretty good I would recommend it.

Problem at check in time
We have booked from waterfront tower which is more expensive than standart rooms. We have arrived to hotel reception at 23.00 and start to check in process with Eri ( receptionist ) . We mentioned to her about our reservation is for waterfront tower and she heard it and continue process. Than she gave our room cards. We ebtered our room and we thought that room should not the expensive one. After that we get out from room and ask to one customer which tower it is, she said to us it is marin tower, after that we returned to receptionist to ask why she didnt give us from right tower which we booked with much cost. She checked and say to us ooo there is no nonsmoking room at that tower but she forgot to give us a smokefree room from marintower. After that she said to us there is no king size bed from waterfront tower, we answered to her ok no problem in anyway we would like to stay in new tower because we paid extra for that towers room ? At the and she gave us our rooms !!!! But she had not want to give us the rooms from there, we didnt understand that why recepsionist wants to Cheat us! We went to our rooms at 42 floor room and we saw the keys are not open the door ! ! Than we returned to reception from 42nd floor with a luggage to change the keys. At the and we start to our check in process at 23.00 and we could reach our room at 00.30 we walked in all the hotel area from room to reception and to room and again reception with a luggage for 1.5 hours......

Enjoyed our stay
We had a good time. Stayed on Friday night because of the online special. The hotel is a bit far from the boardwalk, but there are other casinos not too far. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We ate at the steakhouse for dinner and the waterfront bay for breakfast ad both meals were great. The room was good size (bay tower premium room) and the bathroom was very nice. We were very disappointed to find an empty water bottle next to the bed and small pieces of trash on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. Aside from the room cleanliness and the distance from the boardwalk we enjoyed the hotel. Perhaps the waterfront tower rooms are cleaned better. If the rates were good, we may stay again. More likely, we will pay a bit more to stay closer to the boardwalk.

Last minute awesomeness!!
My friends and I booked literally 2hours before our 1am check in and the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The indoor jacuzzi/pool area was the best and kept us fully entertained, as well as the casino floor! Definitely a last minute trip i'd do again
