The photos did not match up. The pool looks way better in the pic. However the staff was kind.

quick work trip
had zero issues. lack of a continental breakfast (at least that I saw) was a disapointment, but the cafe served up a good meal for $$. $35 cab ride from the puts it about halfway between downtown and the airport. a couple blocks away is everything you'd need as far as restaraunts/shopping - cheesecake factory, brio, etc. went downtown from here with no issues and a short ride. i'll stay here, or at one of the half dozen other hotels within a few hundred yards next time I go back.

Good value
The staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping. The only negative was finding a park space when returning to the hotel in late evening.

great time 4 all
We enjoyed our trip to the courtyard. The staff was friendly and the accomodations were clean. There were two things that could have made our stay more enjoyable,vending machines,and continental breakfast.

The good and the bad.
The hotel staff were very nice and the room was very clean.I paid a high price for a candy bar and there was no free continental breakfast. It fealt like the hotel was trying to rip you for the little extras>

Very good experience
Great location, We attended the state fair. It was located near Crabtree Valley Mall. Very Clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Immaculate and consistent with the online pictures. Our only concern was that the bed was very firm. We prefer a softer mattress. We got the breakfast package. Very convenient for early morning departures.

Great price for the location
Arrived very late and the desk clerk was very friendly. Didn't use any of the facilities since we were visitng friends. Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby- yum. The location is a little tricky as it is near a Grand Marriott(?). Also, it is up on a hill with several other hotels in the same price range so you can't see it from the road. It has an older feel. Would stay again as it is close to friends.

Enjoyable hotel experience
My daughter had an appt with a doctor in Raleigh so we traveled from SC. I was unfamiliar with the area so I was scared of what the hotel would be like. My fears were relieved once we arrived. The rooms were very clean and no weird smells. Beds had a pillow top insert and plenty of lush pillows so we slept great. Air worked great, flat screen TV was very nice and was able to use my laptop with no issues. My only complaint was that we overlooked an old boarded up motel but that wasn't a huge deal. Would stay there again.
