CLT Weather Forced Stopover
Weather stranded us in Charlotte for the night. After the hassle the hotel was a great respite. The common area was large and calming with multiple water features. The bar mixed a good drink and the food was very good. The room was huge with a very comfortable bed, sitting area, and desk. Only downsides was it was difficult to get the attention of the front desk both at checkin and checkout and the free airport shuttle took awhile to show up.

Nice Hotel!
We were trapped in an ice storm and delayed. Chose this hotel on short notice. Even though we arrived late (well after midnight) we were processed quickly and the room was great. Excellent breakfast the next morning (included in room rate).

Florida Here We Come
A beautiful place
The place, the staff and the room was fantastic! We had noisy neighbors that kept us up till 12 midnight. Due to the DNC convention we were not able to move to another room. We were tempted to leave but a gentleman, by the name of Daniel was able to calm the people down so we could get some rest.
