What we had hoped for...
Everything was what we had hoped for given the rating and location...great value and friendly staff. Very clean and well located to take advantage of SouthPark area and surrounding Charlotte

Four Star Plus Hotel
I really liked this hotel, the location was perfect being in front of the biggest mall in North Carolina. We got 1 room with 2 beds for 4 people and paid $99, can't beat that. Check in and check out was easy and quick. The hotel exceeded my expectations for the price i paid, the hotel looked like a 5 star hotel, very nice within and around. I will stay in the same hotel if i ever visit that location again.

Great Weekend Getaway
The hotel was the best! The staff was most courteous, helpful, and accommodating. They were most responsive to any and all needs. The hotel is beautiful, rooms were outstanding and most comfortable. Room was very spacious, with large bathroom area. Location great, and in walking distance to the Southpark Mall and shopping centers. Customer service was outstanding. This hotel definitely provides a 5 star experience. Amenities, such as the fitness center, on site parking, and the complimentary Starbuck's coffee, were also great.

Fabulous
Our stay was fabulous. The place was clean, staff great. Every time we came or left we were professionally greeted. The common areas especially fresh clean air and lovely scents throughout the hotel. Also close for great shopping and dining. We will return.

This place was an over priced "motel". I had to request new towel from the front desk because the ones in the room smelled. It was noisy, I could traffic buzzing buy and music playing all night and all day. The staff was pushy knocking on doors like they were the police conducting a raid. I HATED this place. I won't ever go back.

A wonderful evening!
My husband and I went here to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. It is a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. We will definitely return.
