The venue advertised High speed WiFi which was non exitant in my room location. Also, several other guests had the same issues. I brought it to their attention promptly and even called the tech support # and there was no no resolve. I was there on business and unable to have the access that I required. Victor Quarterman

The worst hotel
The room smelled of smoke and cigars. Staff wasn't helpful. I didn't stay my two nights because of the conditions. That's the best I could say. I wrote 2 other-reviews and both wasn't published because I went into details about this nasty, rude hotel....But I did do a blog about it. Sleep and visit at your own RISK!!!!

convenient and comfortable
I was looking for a basic home base, rather than a resort, so I rated the QIC above average on the basis of its convenience to the airport (10-15 min) and shopping (mostly Home Depot and downtown). The breakfast was basic but abundant and the housekeeping staff was very good.

The "Common Market" in the Dilworth neighborhood has excellent sandwiches and lots of quirky color. On the south side, the Red Rock Cafe, has great crab cakes and chopped salads.

economical hostelry. generic breakfasts, but decent coffee. spotty wi-fi in some rooms, but lobby signal is excellent and speed more than adequate. rooms basic, but cleaning crew is excellent. They accomodate pets.

Weekend getaway
Not a good hotel to stay at, the room was damp, smalled, and the blankets look old and nasty. The area is not the best eather, a van was broken into that evening. Breakfest was nasty, glad the wife was not with me she would have never stayed there. One night, and that's she worte, will never stay there again.

Great Stay!
This hotel was very guest friendly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning I checked out, one employee was very helpful in making sure I got to the Lynx Light Rail station. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Although it was an "older" hotel, it was definitely kept new and modern. To the staff: Great job! Thank you.

A Value in Charlotte
Though an older property that's showing wear from a high volume of business, the hotel was clean and the staff very accommodating. It's convenient, our room was very quiet, a real value for the Charlotte market. We would definitely use the property again when visiting the Charlotte area.
