Quality Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport

Very conveniently located for anyone who needs to get to an early flight to the airport. You get a clean bed - a TV - a free wireless - and it's quiet enough. But the person at check in seemed depressed by my very presence - and the room - seems like it is worth about $49 a night.

This was one of the least maintained hotel I've ever stayed in. First of all, I stated clearly that I did not want to stay in a smoking room. However, upon arrival here I was told that I was in a smoking rm. The room was unclean, very small, tub didn't drain, the luggage cart was severely broken. I will not use your services again. You've lost my business.

An OK place to stay if your flight is canceled, but not great. Rooms are clean, but very basic, with outside doors, Breakfast is limited. Not my first choice if I had more time to do some research, but it was 11 PM and I needed a room right now.

When we first checked in mu husband noticed the TV only had a hand full of channels (looking for the playoff game) and called the front desk to see what the issue was. This lead to us going back down to the lobby to change rooms. Once we got to the new room the TV worked great; had all the channels including Showtime. The only down side was no microwave or refrigerator They did have a one cup coffee maker. Room was clean but you couldn’t close the main curtain. Someone also pulled the fire alarm which went off for about 20 minutes before the fire department showed up. Also no wi-fi signal in the rooms...have to track to the lobby if you want to get online.

Breakfast was awful, we had two lights out in our room and no one fixed it while we were gone for the day. We asked for extra pillows and towels twice and no one brought them.

Great room had a most woderful time for the new years celerbration will go back time and time again.

The window curtains didn't close - so all we had was sheer curtains that could actually be seen through. Heard dogs that did quite a bit of barking after 10:00 at night! The room was not in the best condition although it did smell good and it was clean. The beds were comfortable. No refrigerator! No hairdryer! The staff was nice especially the men who drove the shuttle to the airport. They were EXTREMELY nice and helpful!

Very bad hotel and location

The hotel was absolutely horrid - booked it for two nights - got there at 4 pm and the room wasn't ready - got into the room and the door handle on the bathroom was broken (and I got locked in the bathroom twice) there were burn marks on the tub and the ceiling in the bathroom was falling - I left the next morning and went to a different hotel - staff didn't apologize or offer a change in room - said no refund bc it was prepaid thru online.

I arrived at the hotel before official check-in time. The receptionist was helpful and allowed me to go ahead and have the room key. I walked to cracker barrell for supper. It is a pretty good room for a motel.
