Four-Diamond service adjacent to shops and restaurants
Four-Diamond pampering is the aim of staff at Omni Charlotte Hotel. In addition to a rooftop pool, posh rooms and a 24/7 fitness center, the hotel is steps away from more specialty stores, dining and cultural attractions than most guests can cover in one visit. A skywalk leads to the Overstreet Mall and the hub of Uptown Charlotte nightlife, the EpiCentre. Out the front door, make the short walk to museums, sports events, the financial district or the convention center.
Omni Charlotte Hotel Rooms
- Executive Suite
- Executive Room with 1 King Bed or 2 Double Beds. Approximately 640 square feet. These very spacious corner rooms features a sitting area in the same room as the bed. Two walls of glass offer Panoramic views.
- Premier Room
- Club Room with 2 Double Beds. Approximately 423 sq ft. Featuring spectacular views of the city, special bathroom amenities. Access to the Club Lounge.
- Deluxe
- Deluxe room with 1 king bed or 2 Double Beds. Rooms range in size from 300-377 square feet. These beautifully furnished rooms offer spectacular views of the city.
- Premier Executive Room
- Executive King Room with 1 King Bed. Approximately 515 square feet. These are substancially larger than our deluxe king rooms and feature an alcove seating area with a loveseat and a city view.
- Club Room
- Signature Room with 1 King Bed and 2 Double Beds. Rooms range in size from 312 to 423 square feet. This signature level room features access to the club lounge offering upgraded continental breakfast and evening hors d oeuvres.
- ADA Deluxe 2 Double Beds
- 312 sq ft. Enlarged door openings. Grab Bars available in tub and near toilet. Standard tub with hand held shower head Toilet is no higher than 29in from floor. Sink is standard height from the floor. Visual notification for hotel alarm system, door and phone are available. Featuring 37 in LCD TV and desk.

NIce stay, would stay again
The location of this street is perfect. Plenty of places to eat and nightlife literally right across the street. The area seemed to be conducive to all ages and types of people which I also liked. The hotel itself is not the most beautifully decorated Omni that I have ever stayed (it was very plain from the interior) in BUT it was clean, well equipped and the bed was comfortable, all of which I would take over decor any day. The staff was also friendly and accomodating. I would stay in this hotel again.

This applies to Charlotte and really all citiies. If you know that you will be in a City ahead of time (i.e. not last minute) go ahead and use Groupon or Living Social and find some neat things to do in a new city for relatively cheap prices!

Bobcats Game
Great location an easy 5 minute walk to Time Warner Arena. Great view of the city, pleasant and helpful staff. Will be my hotel of choice in Charlotte.

Wonderful Family Getaway
The Omni Hotel in Uptown Charlotte, NC. was a great place to stay. The location was excellent and allowed us to take advantage of all the sites and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff were professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They provided us with excellent service and directions to places we wanted to visit. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and would stay there again. Thank you, Elaine

Heart of downtown
The hotel is beautiful and is in the heart of downtown Charlotte. If you are attending an event at the Time Warner Cable Arena, you are 5 minutes away. The only gripe we have is that the tv service was out our entire stay, and with a 7-year-old, this was an issue.

excellent family hotel and location
it was an outstanding experience from check in, during the stay and check out. everyone was helpful, friendly and cordial. i have already recommended your hotel to friends and family. only recommendation is that service in the restaurant could have been faster though the food was excellent. we had lunch there when we checked in.

Great location!
Good hotel. Great location! Right in the heart of downtown Charlotte. No need for a car. Everything you need is in walking distance.

This hotel is old
For the location of this hotel, they have old tube TVs and old furniture in their rooms that is not appealing at all, my room was small and the last place I ever wanted to be, the air vent always stated with a very loud bang that woke me up few time at night and during the day I always thought some one was at the door. I was charge for 5 nights for internet but I stay there for just two days, the best staff is a lady named I think [...], she was very nice.

Nice Location
The Omni is in Downtown Charlotte, nestled amongst many other high rise buildings. The upper floors have great views. It was a great place to stay, the staff was very, very polite and responsive to all of my needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
