Four-Diamond pampering is the aim of staff at Omni Charlotte Hotel. In addition to a rooftop pool, posh rooms and a 24/7 fitness center, the hotel is steps away from more specialty stores, dining and cultural attractions than most guests can cover in one visit. A skywalk leads to the Overstreet Mall and the hub of Uptown Charlotte nightlife, the EpiCentre. Out the front door, make the short walk to museums, sports events, the financial district or the convention center.

- Executive Suite
- Executive Room with 1 King Bed or 2 Double Beds. Approximately 640 square feet. These very spacious corner rooms features a sitting area in the same room as the bed. Two walls of glass offer Panoramic views.

Damaged my Mercedes
The valets damaged my Mercedes and the manager clearly knew that they did it and yet, they played the old insurance company refuses to pay act. I have hosted a family reunion there in the past and gave them big money. The room that I was in for the CIAA was overpriced and they they damaged my car. Never again and if anyone knows what is good for them, they will pick another hotel.

Very Comfortable Hotel
The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very nice.. If you join the select guest program (there is no charge for that), The internet is complimentary so are the news papers in the morning. There is also a selection of a complimentary beverage when you wake up. The fitness center is rudimentary. The vicinity of the entre center across the street gives you a lot of choices for dining. The location of the hotel is a few short blocks from the convention center, which was convenient as I was attending a conference. I would recommend this hotel and would have no hesitation staying there again.

Paid one of the top rates for Charlotte only to get a bizarre room layout, i.e. TV about 25 feet from the bed, had to squint. Weird little kitchen, and small bathroom. I just wanted a normal room...was this a suite? If so, I was not impressed. Plus, no movies to order even though they have the system in place. Not working yet. Plus housekeeping rapped on my door at 8:40am....what the heck? Isn't checkout at noon?

Great Place
I really enjoyed my stay here especially since it's right downtown, but the prices of some of their services were through the roof. Nonetheless, I would stay here again in a minute!

Good place for a short stay
Gave specific instructions that late night dinner be served to my room by 4.30am so as to enable me start the fase(Ramadam) but no food ever came as i got up only by 6am. The food was meant to wake me up by 4.30am.

Omni Hotel Review
I was in Charlotte for business and some personal errands. I was surprise to find out that I couldn't get internet anywhere in the hotel, including the lobby area near the Trade restauarant, where wireless was suppose to be free. I'm due to return this week, so will try the internet connection again. Other than that, people are very professional, always address you by sir or last name, and are very helpful when you have questions.

In Hotel
Call Altos before your flight lands at the CLT Charlotte Douglas Airport, and have one of the Altos limo pick you up and drop you off Omni. The price is the same as grabbing a cab from the airport, but the drivers are more professional and a cleaner car.
