Great place to stay!

This was my second stay and I was able to get the same room! Always nice, clean, & quiet. The staff is very courteous!

WORST HOTEL, EQUALLY BAD MANAGEMENT

Originally booked a 5 night stay but checked out after 2 days due to extremely disgusting service. Staff are rude and the rooms are not serviced properly. Management of the hotel takes ages to respond to complaints and when they do it is not satisfactory. Would not recommend the hotel chain to anybody. Better to look at other hotels in the area.

good place to just rest for the nigh

The room was small but clean. We basically just need a place to stay for the night so this place is acceptable. We didn't book it online until we got there and found coupon online.

Trip to Charlotte

We were attending a concert at Verizon Wireless. The distance to the concert was great but the hotel was not. It was clean enough but didn't feel very safe. I was grateful it was only 1 night.

very nice stay

While the hotel seems a little old it was extremely clean and a good deal for the price. Staff were all very friendly and polite.

Too small

Went to the NHRA drag races. A mini refrigerator. Not as good. For the price it was ok, but I would not stay here again.
