La Quinta Inn & Suites Charlotte Airport South

I spent so little time at the hotel due to late arrival and early departure that it is difficult to make a well-founded review. The staff at the front desk and on the phone were very nice and helpful.

Me and my wife stayed ther for 9 nights during our vacant ion trip and we considered the hotel very good, considering the price, size of the rooms and amenities. The free morning coffee break is good enough for both americans and international visitors. I would definitely consider this hotel chain in my next visit to US.

Easy on/off 77. Overall the rooms and common areas were acceptably were clean. It would have rated better, if details like the light switch on the side of the bed hadn't been filthy and if the grout between the tiles had been cleaned. The staff was very friendly and for the price and location I would stay there again.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful with only one exception in the breakfast area. Overall, a good choice for a place to spend the night and see Charlotte during the day.

Hotel is fairly close to downtown Charlotte and the aiport. However, the hotel is not clean and the room I stayed in had a bad smell. Also, the breakfast was not good.

I have gone to Charlotte many times and stayed at different hotels. This is by far my favorite. I will continue to go to Charlotte and will always stay at the La Qunita hotel. Cleanliness, staff friendly, location .. love this hotel Highly recommend it.

I had a good time, good service friendly staff, & I will choose the same hotel for next trip.

I gauge hotels on my comfort level through my shoes. If I am comfortable enough to walk barefoot than its perfect. If I feel "dirty" than shoes stay on. When I entered my room I instantly kicked my shoes off and felt comfortable, even in the bathroom which was huge.When I checked in there was only a smoking room avail but the room had absolutely no odor so I was pleased. I only have one complaint, the alarm clock and TV were not changed for daylight saving time so I was late picking my boyfriend up because I was enjoying soaking in the tub which also had a detachable shower head(that's a plus). I am looking forward to staying there again and taking advantage of the 12:00 checkout.

I needed a hotel for a business matter. The price was an excellent value - low price but a nicely cared-for property. The room was large and airy. A basic free breakfast in the morning starting at 6am. I needed two copies made of a 30 page document. Although they have no business center, the person on duty at the desk was happy to make the copies for no charge.

A non-smoking room booked but room had horrible smoking smell. Changed room similar story with little less stink. Furniture was extremely over-used, (rips, ware).
