Refreshing stop
Our return trip started on the wrong foot: there was a big storm unraverling in the Midwest and moving rapidly East, so our first flight was going to be two hours late in arriving at our departure location! There was no way we would ever make the connecting flight home, so the airline rebooked us on the first available flight the following day. Once I knew we would be able to fly out of Westchester, I logged on to inquire about available hotels for our overnight in Charlotte.La Quinta Inn was top of the list: great price, free breakfast and airport shuttle! I made the reservation two hours before arrival, and from that point on everything went as smooth as silk. The shuttle personnel were very friendly and helpful, as well as the receptionist. The room was large, comfortable, impecably clean. Breakfast was varied and hearty. Newspaper, Internet: everything we needed not to feel lost and abandoned. A refreshing stop on our way back home!

Convenient getaway
The hotel was centrally located to the areas I had to travel for special events and dinning. The staff was very helpful at the front desk and the house keeping staff was friendly and helpful as well. For future visits to Charlotte this is the spot for me.

Great Stay for Quick Trip
Convenient to airport with shuttle service. Easy to grab Charlotte public bus transportation to take into Charlotte city. Friendly, accommodating staff. Enjoy overnight stay.

Using this hotel 3times in 17days for layovers while traveling it was convenient , near reasonable restaurants, quiet with good service I'd recommend this for the traveler

Stinking hallways and room
The hallway was stinking with cigar/cigarette smell. The room had funny smell. They did not even care to put a hair conditioner and a moisturizer in the bathroom. Definitely not choosing again !!

Missed connection
Convenient to airport with shuttle service to / from. Easy to make reservations, comfortable nights stay, nice breakfast before returning to CLT to continue journey. Would recommend.
