Easy, close and friendly
Using this hotel 3times in 17days for layovers while traveling it was convenient , near reasonable restaurants, quiet with good service I'd recommend this for the traveler

Stinking hallways and room
The hallway was stinking with cigar/cigarette smell. The room had funny smell. They did not even care to put a hair conditioner and a moisturizer in the bathroom. Definitely not choosing again !!

Missed connection
Convenient to airport with shuttle service to / from. Easy to make reservations, comfortable nights stay, nice breakfast before returning to CLT to continue journey. Would recommend.

The inn was close to the airport and yet very quiet. The room was typical of their chain. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable . We chose the inn because I had stayed at a La Quinta back in the 80's and liked it. The courtesy shuttle was also a factor. All in all we would choose a La Quinta again.

Convenient and Courteous
I was generally very pleased. We were next to a family with screaming baby and two small, yappy dogs, keeping us up pretty late. I think adjoining rooms should be a thing of the past.

Almost Perfect
The room, locaiton, breakfast were all wonderful. Looking for a place to just crash for the night? This is it. Very comfortable and quitt. However, with no mini-fridge, microwave pool and/or hot tub my stay was not as fabvulous as it could have been. Front desk staff seemed a bit aloof but the cleaning staff made up for that with their kindness. Loved the fact that they were pet friendly though mine were not with me on this trip.

Easy airport access
I chose this hotel for a quick early arrival at the Charlotte Douglas Airport. It met that need excellently. It was convenient, very comfortable, within walking distance of several restaurants. Good in every way.
