La Casa Inn

This hotel had about 4 cars in the parking lot our entire stay (6 days), which indicated a problem. The air conditioning was so loud it sounded like a jet was taking off in the parking lot with some very loud clicking every time it turned on. We woke up every time the a/c came on because it was too loud to sleep through. We then decided that Tylenol PM would have to become our best friend but that did not help. We chose to run the fan all night to try to avoid the start up sound and try to get used to the constant roar. In the middle of the night, the a/c started popping and smelled as if something was on fire. This was alarming since we already noticed the spot for the smoke alarm held no smoke alarm. So we nixed the a/c altogether. Unfortunately, this was the same night we actually had guests in the room next to us. The problem with that is the fact that the walls for so thin that we were able to hear the murmur of them talking all night. Then beginning at 5am we were honored to hear the screaming, moaning, and cussing [...]. In all my years of travel, this was the first time I had to experience this. It was a horrible night's sleep EVERY night. In the morning, we had hoped we could look forward to the breakfast, since the pictures had looking so lovely on the website. Well, were we wrong. No fruit, as pictured, and the juice was out for several days. So we had the choice of instant oatmeal, bagels, or muffins. That was it. One day we misplaced our key and went to the lobby to get a new one. The girl had no clue who I was, but asked for no id to prove I was a guest. Not very comforting for two women staying alone. The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the room we were in was very large. However, we would have chosen a tent over this place if we had to go back!! This place was HORRIBLE!!!!

Room unclean, morning breakfast....well the coffee had mold chunks in it and the cereal was nasty having to share out of gallon milk jugs from who knows when, the stairs to the third floor were falling apart and soon somebody will fall..... I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

This is one of the dirtiest places I have ever stayed in.

This was a horrible experience, I want my money back. I had called the hotel direct to make sure they had a crib for my babies. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and again I called to make sure there would be a cribs in the room and was told it was set up and waiting. Arriving at 11:30 p.m. with three children under 4 imagine my state as I entered room with no cribs. I proceeded to call the front desk and [...] said they did not accomodate cribs. I was livid, then to bathe my children only to have dirty stained towels made it worse! Finally 20 minutes in the front desk called and said they do have cribs and brought them up. I would never never never stay at this hotel again. I've used other travel sites and will no longer be using this one. Would appreciate a refund of some sort.

The worst hotel stay I have ever encountered!!!Transients in the hallway.People offering us drugs on the hotel propertyANTS in the bed and bathroom!!!Had to hit the microwave to make it start!Business computer for guests BROKEN for over 3 months the guy at the counter said.Only 1 ice machine had ice out of the 5Simply repulsed!None of the front desk people cared at all and simply said "I dont know"It was the worst stay in a hotel of my life![...]

We were doing some important activities with the kids that requires a lot of energy. We were extremely tired when we get to the hotel. The bathroom was dirty. No customer services and we couldn't sleep. Or neiborh had laud music until 6:00 am.

Nothing, I had to change rooms becuase there was no remote control, the next room had no latch, the wireless is AWFUL the rooms were so so good water pressure in the shower. I will never stay here again and would NOT suggest anyone else ever staying here, it was not even worth the lower rate.

This hotel was nasty, the walls had throw up on it and I will never stay there again

The room was old, outdated, worn out...felt like it was unclean.

Do not stay there even if free, it is not clean,safe or in descent shape and staff is worse
