"Vomit value"
I had a room that smelled so bad that even a deodarant effort still left it smelling like vomit. though the staff moved me the second night, i was put by the back door, next to the ice machine - very noisy. sorry, but i will never stay there again and may also avoid the "Hyatt Place" concept hotels altogether

Very very nice hotel pleasant staff bar downstairs and express checkout machine that checkwd us in at out without having to wait in a line or speak to staff. We came in late from traveling and was greeted immediately we ordered some wings 11pm and we got a smile and prompt service. I wish the location was a little more centralized. Everything was abt 20 mins away

Great place
This hotel is clean, quiet, and relaxing. The AC was a bit loud at night, but other than that, the bed was cozy and we slept great. I haven't run across a better hotel staff than this one!

Nice room
Pros: nice room with fresh interior, large TV and plenty of space. Friendly staff. Cons: in-room movies didn't work, breakfast was pretty average (eggs or anything hot cost extra), left iPhone in the room and it was not returned.

Chic & Comfortable for Price
Staff was great, decor was warm & inviting- Rooms where very nice, comfortable beds, clean, nice tv-only negative is food left a little to be desired but it filled the empty spot. Its my go to place in Charlotte
