The staff were very friendly and helpful. Love that they had a shuttle to and from the airport. Great location for things to eat. Good food at hotel. Clean and comfortable nice room. Had a great experience there, will come back again to stay here.

Exceptional Staff
The one thing that stood out was Patricia, one of the front desk associates. She was amazing! Kind, efficient, helpful and especially intuitive in the smallest things, anticipating even before we asked in, what I can only describe as, in a very loving way. Would return just to be treated so well.

Student budget traveller
Good value for overnight by airport
Do not stay on the third floor near the ice machine. The constant humming kept me awake all night. When I did finally break down and ask for a new room the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast are lovely and always include a nice fruit selection.

Not Happy
Almost destroyed an important vacation as well as diminished Thanksgiving with family and a new girlfriend on our first vacation. The INTERNET by which this reservation was made showed a very nice menu and amenities, but they were not available after we were checked in and settled in the room with the excuse being, "We have been trying to get that internet page corrected." No shampoo in room for three days even after special request. Bed not made because a special card was not left on the bed, but it turns out the "card" was not even in the room to be used. This was not only my worst week at a Hyatt Hotel, but the worst week I have ever had at a hotel. I have NEVER had a bad experience at a Marriott property, and will most likely go with what I know to be good in the future. All companies make mistakes, but the good ones know how to make up for them and the staff made no effort !!!
