Ladies Weekend Outing
Great Stay
Price was awesome, and the hotel was nice as well. The only hiccup was the price of parking, but other than that, everything was great! Staff was pleasant, the location of the hotel is what makes it worth it.... Walking distance of everything!!!

Great Birthday trip for my sons
Perfect. Location close to BobCats Game. Walk to dinner, local bars etc. Uptown Charlotte

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED
had read some negative reviews on another site so I was concerned but my check in was smooth, stafff was very courteous, esp the fellows who handle bags, bathroom was recently remodeled, housekeeping staff helpful as was front desk..3 small negatives...no pool had to pay to use pool at Y next door so that was extra expense that I did not want to pay for 4 star hotel and the new hairdryers could not be assembled ,,,the attachment did not attach after HK person tried 4 different ones...finally found one of the older Conair dryers which worked fine...I was glad I was at the Hilton vs the other conference hotel on the other side of Convention Center...that looked like grand central station...

use the Train that runs past the back of hotel to get down to restaurants and station is right at hotel also very short walk to convention center out the back door

It's OK
The best feature of the Hilton Charlotte Center City is its setting in beautiful, modern downtown Charlotte. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The dinning facilities are adequate. Overall, it is a standard convention hotel.

Excellent Weekend Getaway!
This was a great hotel stay in a great location in Charlotte Midtown. Right on the trolley line. Room was very clean and everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and eager to help. Will be back for sure.

Pretty amazing
The room was great, very clean and best was amazing. The only issue was on arrival, there was really no where to stop the car so I could run in and check into the room. There was only a valet drive in front of the main door and when my bf had to find parking, we lost each other for a while. Was a little confusing. But other than that, the stay was perfect.

Downtown Convenience
This was a great location for proximity to restaurants and entertainment venues. It is a little hard to get to since it is on the corner of two one-way streets so you better have your route planned before you come. Also, it cost $18.00 a day to park which is not something you plan on when you make reservations. The girl behind the desk when we arrived was curt and not helpful with directions. Other than that, it was clean and comfortable and attractive and I would recommend it.

Too hot in the rooms at night
Air conditioning does not go below so-called 60 and they could not do anything about it but lend me a tiny fan. Otherwise, good service. Wifi appreciated.

Nightmare!!
I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. I was concentrating on my work and had "Do not distrub" sign on for a couple of days. The front manager left me a bunch messages to contact her. I called and left her a message not to disturb me again. Then, another big time manager called and emailed me to contact him. I was wondering what I did wrong. I tried to contact them to get the bottom of all this "contact them". They both were unavailable. Either they were too busy to pick up a phone or just to annoy me.
