Cheap-Not Bad- Good Location
Staff were great. We stayed there for a football game. All we needed was a safe place to sleep. That is exactly what we got. No problems, clean room, clean sheets.

Renaissance Man
Not what you expect.....
Upon arriving at the hotel, it had an unusually non-descript entrance. We immedietely thought, "uh oh". However, the front desk clerk was nice, professional, and task-oriented. I was impressed with both the staff and the cleanliness of the room. My wife and I slept well and comfortably, (although the mattress was a little hard for my wife). Overall I would rate this hotel as better than expected and a great deal for the price. I would go back again if I stay in Charlotte.

Decent hotel, difficulties checking in
Decent hotel, but [...] issues checking in because the hotel requires its clients to be 21 years of age or older. Also, there were no towels in the room, and hair all over the bathroom floor.

Will never use ORBITZ again
Well they were over booked when we got there and had to wait 4 hours to see if there were any rooms open, then the sent us to there sister hotel down the street where they lost or reservations. Then the room was so dirty that we slept with our shoes so we wouldn't step on anything.

Great Staff!!
I was here for the labor day weekend with a few friends from out of town. The staff was great in accommodating me with extra towels, soap, etc. The check in was extremely smooth. My only worry was the pool on the side of the property. It was obviously ending the season early.
