Great hotel and friendly staff. Wish there were a few more washing machines and dryers.

The hotel was very nice and the amenities were great! However, the overal experience was a complete nightmare. For instance, we stayed during a middle/high school basketball convention, and the kids ran rampid down the halls, through snow from outside into the pool and hottub, and had a social meeting outside of our room. Not one staff member addressed the issue by implementing the "quiet time after 10pm." More importantly, no staff member put forth the effort to stop the snowball fight occurring in the pool area. The lack of enforcement from the hotel staff is the exact reason that I'll never stay at this hotel again! It would have been nice to have been told prior to checking into the hotel that there's a children's basketball convention being held the same weekend as my reservation. Therefore, I would have never invested the time, nor the money, in staying at this hotel!

For the price I thought this hotel was great. Free cooked to order breakfast and drinks in the evening. The staff was very helpful getting us to and from the airport as well as taking us to the light rail terminal.

We arrived at 230 pm and were met by a woman who started to check us in. She looked at the computer and said "oh we don't have any of your style rooms available. " (double non smoking suite). So we waited in the lobby until the 3 pm check in time. Meanwhile an older couple checked in with no issues. Later during our stay we rode the elevator with this couple and you guessed it same exact room. I felt like I was pushed aside due to using orbits. The hotel itself is beautiful and the breakfast is good and the staff there is very welcoming. The Omaha steakhouse on site is very good, a little pricey but delicious food.

We had a comfortable King sized bed. I loved the firmness of the matress. The cook to order omelets and other items were great. Friendly staff. Area was a bit of a concern for females travelling alone.

The hotel was nice but was located in an area that left a lot to be desired. It had quick access to the highway and to downtown but did not offer many local restaurants. We had to drive about 20 minutes or so for any decent offerings. The room was spacious and clean but the bed was very uncomfortable. Charlotte iteself was great- the city is nice and the people are very friendly. I had a great time at the Whitewater Center and the Nascar Hall of Fame, even though I'm not a Nascar fan. There is plenty to do for everyone in your group.

you're forced to sign an agreement that covers room damages, smoking damages, unregistered guests (not allowed after 10PM) etc... the room had an old bar of soap in the shower and mold in the air conditioning duct. breakfast was very good

Hotel staff WONDERFUL!!!! Only complaint is NASCAR race not available on tv in room and Internet cost $10 in room.

The hotel staff were very responsive, helpful, and courteous. We called for room service and it was very prompt. We also got to see some beautiful housing developments as well. I do plan to use Embassy Suites for my future visits to charlotte.
