horrible
Worst hotel I ever stepped foot into. Mold ALL OVER the bathroom. Just appalling --- so horrible I don't even have words. We left immediately and tried to get our money back and of course they wouldn't give our money back. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

Place to stay before airplane trip
The front desk clerk gave us a room number, we then went to dinner, upon coming back went to go to room and found that it was already occupied. When to the office and clerk said it was her fault that she gave us the wrong room number-it happened we got the room next door.

Short drive from hotel
Look for places to eat as you travel to hotel. We found Cracker Barrel just a short drive away. Their food is always good and they have a gift shop with good deals.

Perfect for the Price
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and everything worked perfectly. The quality, cleanliness, location and comfort of the room was perfect especially for the amount we paid for the room!!! I would stay here again if I ever need to visit Charlotte again.

Airport p/u lacked skills
I phoned from the airport and was told the van would be leaving in 10 minutes. Since the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the airport I got worried after half an hour and called again. Same story - he'll be there right away. I waited another 10 minutes and then caught a cab. I'd already paid for the room or I'd have gone somewhere else just on principle. Bad first impression - otherwise the room was pretty good.

Ct Nascar Race Fan
Great Location
I went for the Memorial Day Race Week and the location was great (if you don't mind the highway next to you). It was 7 minutes from the airport 9 minutes to Downtown, and 18 minutes to Charlotte Motor Speedway. The hotel was average, nothing special but for the amount of time I spent in it, it was perfect. I would recommend this for a group of guys going for race weekend, as for a family stay, only because I have kids I'd look somewhere else in the area.

Excellent one night stopover
We enjoyed our stay and the location was easy to find. The rooms and hallways could have used a more thorough vacuuming but overall we had a nice stay and feel that we received really good value.

for the price it was a decent hotel.
It was a average hotel room. But good for the money. We only stayed one night so didn't experience to much with hotel. Staff that we dealt with was very nice.
