Unexpected Business Trip
I unexpectedly had to stop in Charlotte for a business trip. I arrived late, but the gentleman at the front desk was still friendly and helpful. Since I hadn't planned on stopping overnight, I did not have a fan with me to help me sleep (love that sound!!). When I asked him if the hotel happened to have a fan available, he let me use the one that was tucked under the front desk. He was awesome!! Best customer service I've experienced in some time. Room was clean and location was great.

My son and I stayed her one night while visiting UNC-Charlotte. The location was perfect -- five minutes drive from UNCC. The room was large, very clean and very comfortable. We had never stayed at a Drury Inn before, and it exceeded our expectations.

Drury Inn Suites
Very Nice! Friendly staff and comfy bed and pillows. Only complaint was that the hot tub was closed due to "unforseen maintenance issues". The pool was closed due to a storm but never reopened after that storm passed. Many amenities and enjoyed the hot food buffet and free drinks!!

Great room for the price.
Stayed at this hotel overnight following a concert at the Ampitheater. Great hotel, very clean and the room was a good size for the money. Lots of free extras at the hotel as well.

Great choice
Stayed here for Jimmy Buffett concert,lots of happy parrot heads. Made new friends in the hot tub & at great free breakfast. Allowed early check in and late check out, We would definately stay here for concerts again'

Clean rooms, nice people. The only thing I would change is The Drury really shouldn't advertise a bar and resturant when in actuallity the bar is simply a corner of the breakfast nook, which I assume is their idea of a resturant. It wasn't a big deal just a bit misleading

Nothing dreary about this Drury!
A coworker and I were called to Charlotte to attend a conference and a friend recommended we stay at the Drury. She had previously stayed at one and had a pleasant experience...SHE WAS 100% RIGHT! I was nervous because they were not nearly as expensive as the hotels nearby but they should be:) Free food and drinks every night (real drinks), SMILING AND HELPFUL STAFF, clean comfortable room, huge spread at breakfast, restaurants and shops right across the street-I could go on! AND THEY WERE UNDER $90 on [...]...their neighbors were $130+. Drury is my ONLY choice if I make it back to Charlotte again

enjoyed the Drury Inn and Suites in Char
first off the staff is very friendly and helpful..the room was clean and very atractive with large lcd tv, microwave, safe, desk with phone and free internet, recliner and two queen beds...the pool was indoor out door and spa was great...the free breakfast had eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuit, french toast, make your own waffle, ceral, pastrys and two types of juice and coffee....at 5:30 every day you got two free cocktails per person along with hot food, suchas bake potatoe, and diffent finger foods...it is great and free...for the money you can not beat this deal...recommend it to everyone...
