Bummed out father
Horror story
My family was promised a suite, however, when we got to the hotel all they had was a room with one bed. The staff was apologetic but that did nothing to help my situation. The following morning my family ordered breakfast and most of the order was lost. We waited 45 minutes for breakfast to arrive so we could be on our way..... a really bad experience.

The hotel wa ok. I would have preferred to have stayed at a hotel that offered a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also, the room I stayed in seemed to have an ant problem which was very inconvenient.

Getaway weekend
Enjoyed staying at this hotel in Charlotte very much. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. They went out of their way to do little things that made the stay so refreshing. The only thing that was in any way aggravating was that parking was a little difficult the first night because of some work that was being done along with two entrance doors along the side that would have made getting into the building easier with our luggage. We would stay there again no question.
