It was everything I expected for the price.Close to the airport and comfortable.

Windows do not open, No exhaust fan in the bathroom = stinky. Otherwise – clean, comfortable and 10min drive to Charlotte Downtown/Uptown…

This hotel was very clean and the value was just right for our one night stay.

Location was right off of the Interstate, and close to a bunch of restaurants and gas stations- made for getting around easy. Was pleasantly surprised at the room quality and cleanliness. It was also surprisingly quiet in the rooms despite having neighbors I could hear in the hall but not when I was in the room. Bed could have been better, but that's the same for almost any hotel you stay at. Only weird thing was that you could only go down the staircases as they were exterior and did not have card access at each level to use going up- stuck with the lone elevator.

This was a one-night layover stay. The room was pretty clean. Small refrigerator ran like a train all night. Bathroom had been somewhat updated but there was mold in the caulking around the tub and on the wall under the vanity top. Tile grout had not been cleaned in a while. There was a shampoo and shower cap but nothing else. No notepad or pen in the desk. No restaurant on site and no mention of nearby eateries anywhere in the room. I paid $20.00 more than the Economy brands expecting more qualitiy. OK for the one night but I wouldn't stay again for the price.

This hotel was unclean and melt like mould. Our first room we were taken to was so unbare-able we had to move rooms. The second room was slightly better but after talking to the front desk numerous times they gave us some air fresher which we had to pour over the carpet. We didn't have enough towels and the front desk would not bring any to us so after 10:30pm we had to go in search for our own towels. This place was a disgrace and should not be in business. I would not recommend staying here the beds were uncomfortable and the whole smell of the rooms were disgusting!

Comfortable budget hotel relatively close to the airport in a good location within walking distance of shopping and a light rail station to get downtown. Free airport shuttle, okay breakfast (including make-your-own waffles), and gracious staff. I was followed on my way home from the light rail and was royally creeped out about being on the ground floor with creeps about, but other than that my stay was pleasant.

I recently stayed at this hotel. It was not bad for the price, but I probably would not stay there again. In the first room they put me in, half the outlets in the room did not work including the ones that ran the major appliances. The staff was extremely nice and moved me to another room. The rooms were ordinary and the bed was comfortable. The doors to the hallway were not very sound proof, which was an issue the first 2 nights. I would not say that the hotel is in the greatest section of town, but it was very close to the Lynx rail system, which made getting into the downtown area extremely helpful. I graded this as a 3/5 overall based on the price, staff, and ease of access to the Lynx.
