no fan in smoking rooms and bathroom

It was a smoking room but had no fan anywhere in the room so the smokes stay with you all the time.

Best Western Stay

I came in for a one night meeting and stayed. Nothing special at all. Room ac unit was so loud and when I got in the room it was freezing. Bed was hard as a rock and pillows had zero fluff. I'd recommend ONLY if you are on a tight budget.

Home away from home

Staff was friendly & helpful with late arrival due to weather. Comfortable, clean rooms with adjustable air/heat. Free breakfast offered many choices- love that Southern biscuits and gravy! Right next door to restaurants, near shopping, groceries, and mail. 24 hour staff available for early departures. More like staying with family and friends.

Overnight Business Trip

Excellent accommodations. There was a convention that had booked all venues in the area where my meeting was held. I booked at this Best Western, about 30 minutes away and am so glad I did. Will be staying there on my next trip to Charlotte. Especially liked the peace and quiet ... couldn't hear a thing and Chili's being a stone's throw from the hotel didn't hurt a bit.

Dark and depressing

This place is being run on a very tight budget. Complimentary breakfast was not wortth the price ($0). Lobby and rooms were dark and depressing. Carpet must be decades old. You can do better.

Great hotel

No Ironing Board

My room was missing an ironing board. The AC was very loud. The halls smelled like smoke and there was an annoying buzzing sound the entire night.

Great Hotel

staff were very nice and polite. Hotel is close to various food stores, and 10 minutes away from downtown Charlotte.
