Americas Best Value Inn

Called Best Value but not not Best Clean!!! Need to have some serious clean in the bathroom and the carpet in the room

The guy at the front desk was sooo rude. Barely spoke to me while checking in. I asked for a late check out and he said no. He never even told me the check out time was at 11 am when I checked in. Rude rude rude. I will never stay there again, even if it was free.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the room.And it was so clean and the conti-breakfast was wonderful!

I knew this was a inexpensive hotel, however, it was more disappointing than I imagined. The towels were small, hard so I went to Walmart to purchase towels. Carpets were filthy!!! Tub is overdue for refacing. Won't be staying again...

Pretty good value, I wish I would have taken advantage of the weekly rates...

Wonderfukl hotel staff very helpful and accomidating, allowed me to park my car there for the week VERY CHEAP and took us to the airport!!

My first impression as I walked in the office was that everything smelled like "curry". It wasn't a clean fresh smell of other hotel/motels I've stayed at. The staff was pleasant. We were told the computer in the lobby was available. When we returned from our late evening meal (about 10:00 pm)we were told by the person who answered the locked door that the lobby was closed and the computer was un-available. There were no signs or bussiness hours posted on the lobby door and we were not informed of any lobby closures when we checked in. Also the computer was unavailable the next morning because hotel "family members" had taken up residence in the lobby with their children and a man had computer parts and pieces scattered about the lobby area. Concerning the room. The door did not close or lock properly. The remote for the television didn't work. The phone wasn't working and neither was the clock radio. We had called the front desk about the phone by cell and were told someone would be there in a couple of minutes. I repaired the phone and plugged in/set the clock radio myself because I was tired of waiting. Someone finally showed a half hour after the call was made. I was tired and not in need of their services by that time. When I moved the end table to plug in the clock & phone there was an old crayon, dust, dirt and hair behind it. We were told the reason the items may have been unplugged was because the floors were just shampooed. I doubt it very much. Over all......I'll never stay at this hotel ever again and will steer anyone I know away from the place. They should change management.

The hotel is probably for transient people, the room had a refrigerator and microwave. You needed a pair of pliers to work the microwave. I put a chair behind my door when I went to sleep, it was a scary situation. The man at the front counter wanted to know who was going to be in the room with me. He acted as if this was the type of establishment that had drugs of prostitution frequented in and it looked like it.

It is OK hotel.
