Impeccable servce

This was a wonderful experience. From the valet to the front desk all the way to the upgrade to the club room suite without even asking. Everyone truly understands the meaning of the word "Service". I can't say enough great things about this hotel. If you are ever in St. Louis, do yourself a favor and stay yourself here, you won't be sorry. Incredible value for the money.

Quaint Inn

This is an adorable hotel with lovely common areas. It's in Broad Ripple, which is a cute town near Butler University. The hotel design is very clever, the decorations are charming and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff was very friendly, and the clientele was quite upscale. The cold breakfast buffet had locally sourced yogurt, granola and fruit, as well as some pastries. In-room coffee was just okay, and there was not creamer in my room - though I could have asked. If you're visiting Butler, the hotel choices are to go 15 minutes to Indy, or 15 minutes north to a business area. This inn is the only option if you want to be close to Butler. So, regarding location - I was very appreciative this inn exists!

In town for an Audition

I absolutely love the Chase! I had always heard great things about this hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect. My only qualm is that there was no complimentary breakfast option for guests, but the breakfast at Eau Bistro was wonderful!

Pleasant spacious getaway hotel

We, family of four, greatly appreciated the spaciousness of the hotel as well as its location (vicinity of Forest Park as well as of cafes and restaurants). The rooms were beautifully furnished, the view onto the park superb. Our kids shared the couch that could be turned into a bed - an uncomfortable bed (sagging, the springs could be felt). Also, what was disappointing, the bed wasn't adequately made up, with the duvet not having a case. Very unhygienic, indeed. Unfortunately, they didn't provide a case even after we had complained. We found much dirt, scraps of paper etc., under the coach, which put us off, too. I would recommend the hotel only to couples who aren't in need of an additional bed and don't mind having a small bathroom.

Bad Made Good

The Chase Park Plaza is a beautiful hotel in a nice area of St. Louis. We checked in and were given a room in the older part of the hotel. Unfortunately the first room they gave us was not very clean. We went down to the Concierge and told her our problem and she took care of it immediately. They gave us a huge room in the newer part of the hotel, and it was spotless. Bad situation made good, and with a great attitude! We'll stay here again.

They lady at the front desk upgraded our room and was glad to do it. It was a great start to our stay. The room was great. However, the Tenderloin Room restaurant was a disappointment. The dining experience is not equal to the prices.

4 star hotel that acts cheap

It' .a clean comfortable hotel that looks good but doesn't live up to what you pay for. Why does a 4 star hotel charge 8 dollars a day for it's guests to use the internet? It's little things like that, that will make me choose another hotel for my next stay in st. Louis.
