Ordinary hotel. I felt that it should have been cheaper. The breakfast is average, not exceptional as some reviews claim. I booked a room with a king size bed: the hotel could not honor the reservation.

Good location, free parking, great free breakfast
Stayed here when traveling to St. Louis to see a concert at Scottrade Center. It's just down the street from Union Station, which is a neat place for shopping and eating, then just a few blocks more to Scottrade. Free parking and great free breakfast were BIG plusses. Great place for the price. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Highly recommend!!!!
My husband and i stayed from sunday to friday and it was great. the staff were so nice. The hotel was very clean. I would highly recommend to any. the parking was free and very safe. It was only a 15 minute walk to down town. Great stay and planning to stay again very soon.

This was a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and the free sodas and adult beverages in the evening with the popcorn was exactly what we needed after a day of touring. The room had a great view of the city. We needed directions to tour, and the staff was very helpful in printing out the direction on how to get to our location. The staff also supplied a multitude of menus for delivery offered in the area so we could rest in our room one night and enjoy dinner. We had a great time!

G&J weekend getaway
I found the the hotel to be very clean, quiet and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly accommodating. The breakfast was quite tasty. I would gladly stay there again.

Ball Game Getaway!
Hotel was about a mile away from Busch Stadium, the Gateway Arch, and the City Museum. Great location and St. Louis is such an easy city to get around in with plenty of parking. This hotel was in a fantastic location, had a great pool/hot tub, and a very friendly staff. Also an awesome FREE breakfast! Would stay here again!

Older hotel but nice
This hotel is older, and the wear shows in the rooms and in the parking facilities, etc. It is clear that the owners have done their best to accommodate today's modern traveler with the free breakfast and happy hour drinks, but the design of the building, due to its age, makes using these amenities somewhat awkward.

Good location and Good service
The hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating. The room was ordinary but clean. Location to downtown riverfront was walkable. Would consider staying again.

Great Weekend Getaway Base
This hotel was very nice. We came down for a concert and was going to be late in checking in. The staff looked up my reservation and set me up with a late arrival check-in! Awesome breakfast in accommodating surroundings. Room was comfortable. Close to all the places you want to go around St. Louis. Noticed they accommodated those with special needs (wheel chair, etc.) well.
