Two Night Getaway Stay for Viking - Packer Game

From the time we checked into the Hilton Saturday afternoon until we checked out on Monday morning, the staff was very hospitable. We asked questions about area restaurants and spas and they were always ready to help us. The food was great and the beer was cold!! It was a short walk to the metro to catch the train to TCF Stadium in St. Paul for the game ($3.50 round trip which we bought the tickets on line and downloaded onto the lobby computer to print out the tickets). The rooms were clean and quiet. Had a great time and of course it's always nice to get a Starbuck's coffee in the lobby each morning. We'll be staying here again for sure!!! Enjoy and Have a Great Time!

Downtown Convenience

We stayed at the Hilton for an overnight getaway in Downtown Minneapolis. The location couldn't be better for access to the night scene in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, the view was beautiful. No complaints!

One night stay

The hotel was beautiful. Valet was $23, but there's a lot next door which has parking for 24 for $13. The pool is nice and so is the fitness center. Room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to a bunch of shops and places to eat.

Those Fingers in Your Wallet Aren't Yours

I'm a small businessperson so value-for-money matters big to me. The hotel seemed as a bundle with my flight. Asked at check in for the steamer I had called ahead and been told they had (bad packer, wrinkled suit). Turns out it was a phantom steamer. Nice to be lied to. Had an early meeting so I ordered room service breakfast, already an expensive proposition at $26. But the real price for congealed eggs, heat-lamp potatoes, burnt bacon and nasty coffee? Well, you have to add the $3 "delivery" charge and the $5 "service" charge, and along with taxes, you've got a $40 breakfast I wouldn't feed a dog. The staff could not have been less concerned or useful. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

Don't order from the hotel. You can put together a reasonable tasty and filling breakfast from the Starbucks cart in the lobby for about $15. Nice selection, and right by the elevators.

Hilton

We had a great experience at the Hilton. The rooms were very nice and the staff was very accommodating. The only downfall I could find would be the parking situation but that was only because we did not want to pay for valet parking. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay.
