Weekend getaway

This hotel is located in an excellent location. We walked a short walk to a few excellent nearby restaurants. We also walked to Nicollet Mall (which I would not do again - not a regular mall). We also went to Acme Comedy Club one nigh and took a cab there about $10 each way. It does cost extra money to park at this hotel each day. The price of the hotel is high compared to other hotels just outside of this area, but similar to hotels in the vicinity of this location.

Great weekend trip

We stayed at the Hilton Minneapolis for a Twins game, and the hotel was a great location to walk there! The king room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and polite as well. I would definitely recommend!

Great location

The valet and door men were awesome. Check in was very slow, lots of people walking around but only 2 actually checking people in. The room was very clean but the pillows left something to be desired. There was a table in the main hallway on our floor,12, with a thick layer of dust though.

Low rate, but charged extra for everything

Got a great rate on the hotel (opening weekend of MN Fishing season so not a busy weekend) but disappointed at the $13 charge for internet (unexpected) and $23 charge for parking (expected). Infuriated that the hotel would not give me hotel points because I booked through this travel website (filters won't let me state the name of the website)

Amenities problems

The room was nice, but there was no bath mat/towel to put outside the shower. Also, the shower water went back and forth from barely lukewarm to really hot during both of our showers. Also, there was no shower soap provided. One of our pillow cases was quite damp. We've had better luck than this at 1 or 2 star hotels. Location was perfect for our stay, but that's about it.
