No room available with real beds
Booked a room online through a "2nd party", paid for a room with 2 double beds. When we arrived we were "upgraded" to another room due to the hotel being "booked". When we got into the room it was like a conference room. When we called down to ask where the beds are they stated "didn't you see the bed in the couch and did they bring up your cot?" This was not what we paid for and there response was "you have no guarantees when u book with a 2nd party online. Horrible experience.

Hilton is Golden
This hotel is most impressive for the traveler to downtown Minneapolis. From the grand entryway with a larger than life sculpture installment of musicians to the friendly staff and elegant rooms, this hotel has it all. Comfort, beauty, stress-free, I would definitely return as a guest. My only suggestion is to provide better coffee. The in-room coffee is always bad at every hotel except where they provide a Kuerig coffeemaker with the individual coffee selections.

Short walk from hotel
Instead of using the indoor skyways to get everywhere, it is sometimes shorter to go outside and cross the street.

McCormick & ??? near the Hotel was excellent (Seafood restaurant instead of burgers or steak) and although a bit pricey, worth it. Ambiance, service, and good food!
