Amenities problems

The room was nice, but there was no bath mat/towel to put outside the shower. Also, the shower water went back and forth from barely lukewarm to really hot during both of our showers. Also, there was no shower soap provided. One of our pillow cases was quite damp. We've had better luck than this at 1 or 2 star hotels. Location was perfect for our stay, but that's about it.

Great location and value with a top notch hotel

Our stay at the hotel was very enjoyable with the comfort and amenities. In addition, I don't know that one could find a better location as far as being walking distance from a variety of restaurants and entertainment. To top it all off, access to the main highways in and out of the city are very convenient.

Comfortable and clean stay

A nice overnight stay. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The room had a TV, fridge, air purifier, and iPhone speaker. Check-in/Check-out was fairly quick (5 mins) for a large and busy hotel. My only complaint was the leaky toilet that made the floor a bit wet. Also, the water pressure could be better in the shower.

couple retreat

Well check in was a hour and a half late, the bathroom floor had coffee stains on it, the bathtub drain did not drain, we used the Executive Lounge, and the food was not good, they did comp us our valet parking for the problems. The lobby bar was amazing but a little pricy,

Concert Trip

Well the hotel itself is nice, the pizza in the restaurant was on point and was well priced. Drinks weren't to expensive either. But did have the issue of having to pay for internet for the price of the hotel it should be included as well as having to pay to park but I guess that comes with a bigger sized city. And I'd avoid the gift shop for anything as it is quite high priced. Better off going somewhere else for a juice or anything. Staff in the lobby and restaurant were helpful and nice. Overall I'd stay here again.

Grubby Halls

Although my room was clean, the hallway leading from the elevator to it was disgusting. Several people must have had parties, or at least ordered from room service during the evening. The food and waste was pushed outside into the hall. The garbage was there at 9:45 p.m. and still there the next morning. I would think a hotel with the reputation of a Hilton could have dispatched someone to glance up and down the halls once or twice during the evening to get the mess cleaned up.

Great hotel, horrible front desk

Had to be HHonors to get ANY service. Waited in line 30 minutes to check in and was first in line to check out and still waited over 15 minutes.
