Days Inn Bloomington West

Great breakfast!!! Would go back. Had a great time in the pool.

It was conveniently located near a testing center where I needed to be early the next morning. I basically only needed it for the bed, so it served it's purpose.

rooms were pretty clean...air conditioner needs work didnt cool right ...paint on ceiling in the bathroom needs redone it was pealing off..bath room mirror needs replaced it was cracked at the top...maids need to make sure before they walk into the rooms that you are not in the shower or bathroom..should knock and wait for an answer esp..if its an extended stay room...and anounce them selves first...

It was a great time for my family and I on a short planned trip. The hotel staff was more than helpful and went above and to the stars to please us! First we got lost and the woman I called and spoke with gave me directions calmed me and waited till we got there to leave even though her shift was over. Another unfortunate event was that we missed our shuttle and the hotel staff didn't treat us like a pest they were amazing and sent us another shuttle at no charge and welcomed us back! I didn't even have cash on hand to tip and felt awful! The coupons at the front entrance were more than helpful and there is a dining place next door or you can order in which we did both during our stay. The rooms were large and it was very clean. The breakfast was more than perfect and the pool was so fun for the kids! We truely had such a great experience at this hotel I plan to use it again in the future and will only stay at this location the next time we go to Mall of America. I have nothing bad to say and the housekeeping was so friendly and did a great job. My husband and I are very appreciative!!! Thank you so much for making our trip so great Days Inn!!!! We have stayed at many hotels and you are now by far my favorite! We stayed in room 288 perfect sized beds for couples or for siblings to share. Ceilings were vaulted (very pretty) and I seldom heard any other guests during our stay. The pool area was nice and large and personally I was impressed with the handicap accessible wheel chair lift for the pool. I work with special needs children and would recommend this hotel to any one in that area of need and have passed the word onto many of my friends this past few days!

Good location close to MOA and Ikea. But, the room itself was something else. The bed had a paper thin comforter which would have made for a cold night in Minnesota if it hadn't been for the heater in the room which I had cranked all night it would have been uncomfortable. And who knows what was splattered on the wall and I don't want to know. Housekeeping... Housekeeping wakes you up at 7 am making a huge racket cleaning the rooms next to mine.

it was good. stayed for 2 nights. overall the experience was good.

The price was good for the type of hotel - hallways and carpets look grungy, but thee pool was huge, staff was great and friendly plus the free continental breakfast had a nice spread, oh and flavored coffee creamers!!!

Nothing special, nothing bad. Bed was comfortable, free breakfast was okay. Didn't try the pool, seemed always full of kids. Hotel is a little shabby, but not dirty. Need new tv's for their rooms. Walls are thin, and you can hear every time someone turns the water on (little things I noticed, somewhat annoying). Overall an okay place to stay.

we spent the night before we traveled to Mexico. We parked our car there for 15 days very reasonable. We were shuttled to and from the hotel to airport in good time. Good breakfast Stayed again on our return from Mexico before driving back to Wisconsin.
