The Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotel is a 707-room high-rise that takes pride in its convenient location: The 1st Mariner Arena sits across the street and Inner Harbor's attractions are just blocks away. But there is also something to be said for the interior. The sizable rooms and suites emanate an urban vibe, the event space is seemingly unlimited and the ground level boasts Shula's 2, a casual bar with a knack for savory American cuisine. Good price
Shulas restaurant was very delicious. Room had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. I really enjoyed the complimentary hot apple cider in the lobby.

Fellis point had a great vibe, lots of people and a great beer selection. Loved maxs and the green turtle.

Nice, short stay
Nice short 2 night stay at Baltimore Sheraton. Courteous staff. Beware of overnight parking, $22.80 a night. Be sure to ask about "garage pass" at the front desk.

Wonderful Service Confusing Entry
I liked the room. The bed was comfortable and the aesthetics of the room were pleasing. The view was not so great- just a view of the skyrises across the street. Guest services were very helpful with parking, but they did not provide any helpful dining suggestions save their own restaurant. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious. However, there was a surprising absence of regular coffee in the free hot beverage selection in the room. The walls were very thin, and I could hear everyone entering and exiting their rooms. I had some trouble getting to the right block of West Fayette Street. Nevertheless, once I arrived at the hotel, there were plenty of spaces in self-parking under the garage.

Great Facility and good location
Staff was very friendly and very accomidating as well as very informative. They acted like they were really happy to see you and glad you were there. City noise was obvious but didn't bother me. Signage in the parking garage was confusing, when you could see it. I'd stay there again for sure.

Great value, Great staff, Good location
I was on business and didn't see the hotel but at night. The room was nicely taken care of, the staff was very courteous, and the price was and location were great. Wireless service was outrageously expensive - although it should be free. Also they have a pool which wasn't open - this should be heated and open year round.

Go to Moe's best crab in Maryland - the crab capital of US. It's a nice walk or they have a free shuttle.

hotel was very nice
family member was in the hospital, my next trip will be in feb around the 5th my anniversary. I hope this time I can recived a suite.

Good customer service & friendly staff
The price of this hotel was excellent! However, I was traveling for a work conference and it would have been so helpful to have free wireless in my room--$9.95 per 24/hrs of use seemed like a lot to me. Otherwise the location of the hotel made it pretty convenient to places to eat and to conference destinations. The light train to the airport is not a far walk away, but don't let the cab driver take you the Penn Station because then you end up having to switch trains.

Great Hotel
MY ROOM WAS GREAT AND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. THE RESTAURANT HAD EXCELLENT FOOD, SO AFTER A LONG DAY OF MEETINGS, YOU COULD RELAX RIGHT IN THE HOTEL.
