Great Location, Wonderful Staff!

You cannot beat this location. Within walking distance of the aquarium, science center, restaurants and shopping. The staff was extremely attentive and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enoyable.

Not worth the $

Paid extra for a harbor view yet I got a room not worth the money I paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Outstanding hotel

We are always satisfied with Sonesta properties but the Baltimore Harbor Court is exceptional. Our room had a view of Inner Harbor, which is virtually across the street. Every person of the staff was attentive. We had a very good meal in the restaurant and the breakfast restaurant was a very good value. The only negative is valet parking is very expensive -- $36 per day.

Baltimore Harbor

The hotel was in the perfect location - right across the street from the inner harbor. Unfortunately, we picked this particular hotel for the indoor pool and once we got there, the heater was broken! All we got was - we're sorry about that. No fridge in the room and the TV had a horrible picture. Way too much $ for what we got.

Spring break Mini Vacation

Hotel in great location, we just walked across the street to Baltimore Inner Harbor where there was great shopping, and an abundance of restaurants. We enjoyed paddle boating and free live entertainment. Our 13 year old son enjoyed the hotel pool and fitness center. The room was surprisingly spacious and the TV in the bathroom was a nice touch. With the exception of housekeeping the hotel staff was very accommodating. Hotel furnishing were Old World in decor, which we liked, but could use some attention. Nice the look, but missed on the details. The room has writing pens that didn't work. The shower was out shower gel upon our arrive. We booked a room for 3 people and had only 2 wash clothes. I my 30 years of traveling, I have never come in to a hotel room at the end of the day to find the room untouched by housekeeping. Not because they were behind schedule, they just skipped our room. To their credit, the Front desk staff addressed our concerns immediately by sending personnel from housekeeping who had not left for the day. Unfortunately, the incident made it less than a wonderful experience.

Expensive but great dining options. For families, bring snacks to save on in between meals.

nice place but noisy room

you can tell this hotel has some years on it. The lobby is nice, the Explorers bar was cozy and a nice view. The only problem was the room-we were next to the elevator shaft and heard it all night. The thermostat didn't register right and the wallpaper was peeling. But overall, you are across the street from the Inner Harbor, the people are very friendly, and we had fun

Everything about my stay was great, with the exception of the refrgerator in my room I put drinks in overnight and they were not cold at all so they may want to upgrade this.
