Not a good place to stay
The stay would have been ok, but housekeeping was very rude. They only had three towels in the room and when I asked for two more because we had a total of 5 people, they did not want to give me more. In fact, they shoved the other two at me. I went straight to management and he was very nice. What can you expect from a two star hotel. Oh, and then there's a sign in the room where you eat breakfast that states you cannot take food back to your room. The continental breakfast sucks. I would never stay here again. This is not a place for family to stay.

Non-smokers: Read
Although I booked and paid for a room at this hotel, I did not--could not--stay there and I lost my money. I have booked all sorts of reservations through this site over the years and have never ever had an issue with the company. Nor do I recall ever having to manually select a non-smoking option for a hotel room in the reservation process (although I should've been more thorough in my reading of the page, I admit). I always either 1) automatically received non-smoking through the site or 2) was presented with a choice when I checked into the hotel. This time, it appears that the already-selected option online was for a smoking room without my realizing it. When I arrived at the hotel, tired and ready to sleep late at night, I was told I was stuck with a smoking room (which smelled so strongly of smoke that I could not stay there longer than about 1 minute)--despite the fact that the hotel looked way more empty than full. I passed loads of (what appeared to be) empty dark rooms with "no smoking" signs on the door, but when I asked the man at the reception desk, TWICE, and very politely, if I could have a non-smoking room, he declined saying there were no other options. Unhelpful. I finally had to book a different hotel and pay a lot of extra money because of this. I will avoid this hotel company for the rest of my life if at all possible.

Couple Getaway
The room was suppose to be Disability Accessible, it was not, the internet was slow, the room was ok for the price. I did like the location as there a lot of store in that area, if you want a quick place to stay for a reasonable price the hotel was average. I just did not like the fact that when I book this Hotel under special quest I ask for Disability Accessible and the Hotel was not.

Like a fun house
Room smelled, and did not seem clean. Many fixed objects in the room were not straight and seemed the set up came from a fun house.
