Staff was great! Friendly, pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable. The carpet could use some cleaning, but I had no complaints. Check in and out was easy (as everything was taken care of via online scheduling. FYI: Parking was FREE!! I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

Meh
Thermostat didn't work. Room was 80 + degrees all night with Air Conditioning on. Started at 74 degrees. Had to open window . . . to get it down to 80+ !!! Sleep number bed would have been nice if it worked. Room wireless sign-on procedure written by Klingons . . . undecipherable and much worse than at least 10 other chains. Was referred to a restaurant that was a dump. Other than that, the hotel was fine.

Short visit to a nice hotel
I only stayed one night & I think I was only in the hotel for a total of 12 hrs, 8 of which were slept sleeping. The hotel was convenient to Druid Hill Park where my event took place. Dinner at Donna's within walking distance of the hotel was pricey but enjoyable. Hotel staff treated me very well. Parking was covered & free. I didn't eat there or use the pool but was satisfied because I got what I needed - a bed before the event and a shower after!

Good location! Good price!
We were in Baltimore for a family celebration. Our daughter's home was close by so it was a very convenient location. There are wonderful shops at Cross Keys too! It would have been handy to have a small safe in the room.

Raddisson at Cross Keys
Very good staff. Another patron hung clothes on a sprinkler head and the water main burst...water flooded most of the 3rd floor. The staff was very clam through the situation and took care of us. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome experience
The Radisson at Cross Keys was a great experience, right from check in to check out. The pool closed for the season the day I got there, but I got my use of the fitness center. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely be staying there again!
