Downtown digs for a decent price -- hot breakfast included
The Quality Inn Downtown hotel takes pride in its location first and foremost: Guests walk to the Inner Harbor and various attractions, including the Baltimore Convention Center and Camden Yards (home of the Baltimore Orioles). All 96 rooms have been renovated and feature up-to-date amenities such as flat-screen TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi. An on-site fitness center supplies cardio machines and weights, and the business center offers a public computer with Internet access, as well as copy and fax services. All for very reasonable rates.

Not luxurious, but good value
Overall, a decent experience. Room was smallish, but handled 2 adults and 1 17 yr-old with ease. TV, internet, beds, lighting, door/locks all worked fine; wireless internet problem on morning cleared up with 1 phone call. Staff was courteous and helpful, and breakfast was a decent value. Good location. For a quick one night stay, we'd do it again!

Hot Summer, hot deal
We went to an Orioles game the location was perfect for the inner harbor as well as Camden Yards

Pretty Grim
Decent location, but the place is pretty grim. Tiny rooms, bad breakfast, homeless people hanging out in front of the hotel. Our room's only window looked out on a rooftop that was littered with old shoes, beer cans, and other trash.[...] I don't see how it could get any people to stay there. The people who work there are friendly and helpful, but they don't have much to work with.

Never Again
The first room they gave us, the central air was broke so we lugged 4 kids ages 1 to 7 to the 6th floor. In that room there was blood on the pillow, becasue we were all so tired we just requested a new pillow well that was a mistake! the next morning when we woke up the top cover had fallen off to the floor (which we never use anyways) but under it on the corner was splatters of blood and I dont want to guess what else it was. besides the parking was expensive and a pain to get to and it was not in a good area anyways!!

Very good overall
It was our first time in Baltimore and although the hotel is not located exactly in Inner Harbor where you´d like to be, it´s a 10-minute walk to the major attractions. Room was comfortable and clean and there´s a continental breakfast included. Reception staff is not very good for giving out information, since we wanted details on where to go in Fells Point and the receptionist simply answered that anywhere was good, which is not true, since there are pretty bad streets there where we ended up.

Quality Inn Downtown Baltimore, MD
My family and I went to Baltimore to watch the Yankee game and this location was more than ideal. The parking garage is next to the hotel (a bit tricky to get to at first with the split in the one-way street), and the hotel was within walking distance to both the stadium and the Inner Harbor. Very convenient.

LOVED this hotel!
We loved this hotel! Our room was gorgeous! Looked like everything had been recently updated. The room was NOT very spacious, but still very nice. Quite a walk to the Inner Harbor, but it was doable. The neighborhood is a little scary at times.
