Beautiful location on the inner harbor
Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Perfect location. Could invest in newer sheets. Rooms fairly small. But the location can't be best! Funky Art Deco style decor. Nice change from the chain hotels. Would stay there again.

Watch out for Harbor Magic
Nothing wrong with the hotel, but website led me to believe I was getting a harbor view room. Not true only some bar and dining passes. Only there for one night, staff tried to hook us up, rather misleading by the website.

Bad expierence
We booked two queen beds for my wife, my son, and myself. They only had 1 king bed room available at arrival. Hotel staff blamed the mistake on this booking site.... We filled out the room service card for a Mothers Day Breakfast and put it on the door handle 9pm the night before. At 7am the next morning we waited, and waited, until 8am. I opened our door and the order tag was still on the door handle... A phone call to front desk landed us a continental breakfast for 1. Boy are they smart... Seems to me that the hotel lacks proper managment.. We will never stay here again!

Romantic Anniversary Weekend
Clean, well appointed rooms, courteous and very helpful staff. The Assistant Manager immediately greeted my husband and I while we were checking in with a very helpful front desk. He immediately assisted us with recommendations and dinner reservations for both nights of our anniversary weekend including a wonderful dinner at a great local restaurant, Kali's Court. The restaurant provided a stretch limo from the hotel to dinner and back again.

Fantastic!!
first time at this hotel (been to harbor many times)and will definitly return to this one again!..we arrived early afternoon and they got us a room in 20 mins... very friendly. the room was spacious, clean, and had FRESH FLOWERS!! they had a complimentary chocolate fountain with cookies, fresh fruit, pretzels etc. for dipping, and complimentary champagne to go with it in the lobby. other days they have crab dishes. all delicious. we brought our yorkie with us and he was made to feel as comfortable as we were. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is prefect for the harbor activities. 2 blocks in any direction and you have tons of things to do, see and eat!! can't wait to go back

Cool Hotel
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. the room was nice clean and big. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. We had a issue with the garage used for the free parking incentive and they made sure that we were taken care of. The hotel is conveniently located near alll of the inner harbor attractions and they have 3 great restaurants on the premises. They also had a great complimentary happy hour were they featured cooking demonstrations and free samples of a crab dip recipe. It was delicous. All in all it was a good trip.

What a great find!
This hotel was such a great find. The hotel is inviting, nicely decorated, and has friendly staff. We checked in at 11:45am and they had a room ready for us. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious with vaulted ceilings. At 3:00-4:00 on Saturday the hotel hosted a chocolate fondue bar for guests. The aquarium is literally right next to the hotel and 1 block away from PowerPlant Live, restaurants and shopping were right in reach too. We upgraded to the Harbor Nights package for an extra $10 and we recevied free continental breakfast (if you want to order off the regular menu they will take $7 off - $14 total), 2 free drinks in the hotel bar, and 2 free drink passes to each of the bars at PowerPlant Live. FYI, parking is not included in the hotel price but there is plenty of parking near by.

Dick's Last Stand is a good time for a few beers. If you see people walking around wearing giant funny looking white hats, they came from Dick's.
