Good bang for your buck

Great location for the inner harbor- just a few blocks walk. There is public parking ($15 per night) at the end of the block which was very convenient. Clean room, comfortable bed. Nothing super fancy but very nice. Pretty lobby, and has a lobby bar. Front desk service was great.

Nice & Reasonably priced hotel in the inner harbor

Though my initial reception at the hotel was not ideal my overall experience here was positive. Upon my arrival (which was at 10pm) the front desk attendant was not able to find my reservation that I made through a third party travel site. It took 10-15 minutes for him to locate and get the manager to come to the front desk to sort out the issue. Luckily once the manager arrived he looked at the e-mail receipt I had for the reservation and just checked me in and said he would figure out what the paperwork issue was later. The rooms are very updated (everything but the tile in the tubs which is weird) and a good size. They have a nice bar with pretty cheap drinks, and a bakery with a coffee shop attached to the lobby so that is perfect to pick something up for breakfast on the way out the door. I was able to walk to the University of Maryland Medical Campus as well as take very inexpensive lyft rides to John's Hopkins Homewood campus and NIDA.

Just ok

When booking this hotel I booked a room with two queens. Upon check-in I was told that since I booked through a certain discount website I was not necessarily guaranteed a room with two queens. With four girls sharing a room, two queens were necessary. It worked out that we were able to get a room with two queens, but for a few moments there it wasn't looking good. The room was nice, and we were on the 16th floor. However, when trying to fall asleep you could hear a lot of traffic/sirens outside making it very hard to fall asleep. The tile in the bathroom was also extremely outdated, and didn't look clean.

Grand OLD Hotel

The Lord Baltimore is a grand old hotel. That said the word old should be in caps. The elevators take forever and one goes to the wrong floors on a regular basis. The rooms are nice and clean but very dark. Ours had a view of an office building that was less than 20 foot from the window. Overall our stay was good becuse we only used the room to sleep since most of our time was spent out walking the city.

Great Overnight Experience

Really enjoyed The Lord Baltimore Hotel. Walked to Harbor and Camden Yards within minutes! Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Parking garage was only a block away and you have the choice to self park or valet from Hotel. Only cost us $15 to self park for 24 hours. Parking garage staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

It's okay

This hotel is a good value but it's still a little outdated and the air conditioning is not what I am used to at other hotels. Also the elevators take forever
