in town for a conference
spent five days here this spring while attending a medical conference. room was clean and well appointed. My only quip is that you could not open the window to freshen up the air (we had an infant with us so my wife spent most of the time in the room). The A/C can get pretty loud as well.

It worked for me.
I was trying to get a hotel near the Mid-Atlantic Congress and didn't want to pay the convention hotel rates. I found the Holiday Inn across the street and it was perfect. Staff was helpful, room was comfortable and quiet, the rate was good and location great. I would stay there again.

Experience was "ok"
Had some renovation going on. You had to go outside to get to the "West Tower" which was awkward in winter. Also had to go through unheated garage to get to fitness room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
