Great rooms and location. Great Staff. Food prices way to high and not a good value. See full review

Good place for holiday travel

Spent the long weekend of 4th July with friends in Baltimore. The service was excellent, except for I had to make a phone call to get new paper coffee cups after room service. The refridge was very noisy but it could be turned off. To those who travel by public transit, the hotel is right next to the light rail station, so you can easily arrive after your air or train ride to Balto.

Convenient stay

The hotel was great. Perfect size, queen bed and it had a nice couch as well. It was walking distance from the harbor and the stadium. Cabs were available right out front. Major plus.

Reasonably Priced Hotel near Inner Harbor

I found this hotel to be very good for the rates that I received. I was visiting the Inner Harbor area, which is located about a 10 minute walk away. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Celebrated Wife's Birthday

Overall the hotel was ok. I book a queen size bed but that definitely wasn't what I got. I have a queen size bed at home and the hotel bed definitely was alot smaller. The guest services was excellent other than that it was ok.

Family trip

Above average Holiday Inn. Room were clean and spacious, sheets clean, toiletries abundant. Pool was large and enjoyable. Location was great, a few blocks off the inner harbor. Staff pleasant and helpful. Nearby Charm Circulator stops and light rail from BWI make a family trip to Baltimore fun.

Graduation

In town for my daughters graduation. The hotel's location could not be any better. The staff were polite and helpful. This Holiday Inn was a few steps above other Holiday Inn's we have stayed at. I highly recommend it...

room door left open and other people's trash!

So my experience was terrible. Stayed at the Holiday Inn-inner harbor, in Baltimore, Maryland last week in March. there for 5 days, and day two I realized someone else's full powerAid and an extra ice bucket were in the corner of my room. Check 439, west tower, bet its still there... Then I come back day three after a conference. And my door was open, I just pushed and I was in!...terrible. so I called, is the manager said she couldn't do much for me due to me booking through Orb itz, so she'd give me dinner and breakfast!...thats the last time I stay there along with using Orb itz, it was supposed to be a FOUR star hotel. Thats completely wrong. The place is dirty and beat up...maybe a two

Small oddities

All the staff was very nice and friendly, there is a cute coffee shop in the lobby, and the location is great for the event I was going to. The positive aspects end there though. First, the bathroom in our room was so small that the door had a notch carved into it so it could open without hitting the rim of the toilet. The water from the sinks ran brown the entire time, and there were no water bottles in the room (or the vending machine on the floor above us). To top it off we had to pay $25 dollars to park in the hotel parking lot. I find having to pay for parking at the hotel you are staying at kind of absurd.
